The store was pretty clean and easy to navigate layout. I was able to find the section and quickly found a pair of shorts in my size. They were nice and cheap. The main reason that I go to Ross is for the prices. I did not have a long wait at the checkout either. The cashier was friendly as well. Had a good shopping experience and if I need to go to a Ross, this would be at the top of the list.

The story goes sharply DOWNHILL from here. Our 1st assistant quit a couple weeks later. So, upon our next visit we worked with another representative who had to get up to speed with all our selections. We made a couple adjustments with her. A couple months later, when it came time to order all our material, Mosaic called and said they didn't have enough material for 2 of our bathrooms (one of which was the master bath!) Our assistant wasn't available, so we scrambled to work with yet a 3rd representative in an attempt to make suitable substitutions. So stressful. We had a car accident on the way home. In the course of all this turmoil, Mosaic ended up not sending enough material to our job site and they also made an error on one of the accent tiles for one of the bathrooms. As a result, one of our bathrooms looks terrible. By the time we saw their mistake, it was too late for them to rectify. I'd like to give Mosaic the 1 star they deserve. Every time I'll walk into our wetbar bath, I'll cringe and remember how Mosaic screwed up our order. Each person who uses our wetbar bath will hear about how Mosaic screwed it up. SUMMARY: If you have a whole house to order for then do not trust them to get your order correct. You'll probably work with 3 or 4 different people over the course of your ordering process. You'll likely have the same level of mistakes with no accountability. I wouldn't trust Mosaic with an order ever again. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that they were nice folks. TIP: Make sure you get a print-out of your order BEFORE THEY START INSTALLATION so you can confirm. Mosaic never showed us our order or asked for sign-off or confirmation. No wonder they made so many mistakes. Really, really unprofessional. *** UPDATE*** Later, we realized Mosaic installed tile incorrectly in every room they worked on. We asked for 1/3 offset (staircase pattern) and got a mixture of 1/2 offset and something else. We reached out to management and received no reply. Updating review to 1 star. *** UPDATE *** Later, we finally received a reply in which we were blown off with no offer to fix anything. Remember folks, get a print-out of your order otherwise you'll be holding an empty bag like us and Mosaic will laugh you off.

To get a timeframe for installation was absurd, I had to request a timeframe as I only got a date and was told I could call the day of to see when they would be out, not sure how a company is able to operate like that. I had a window of time that I was available for the set date and they still managed to miss the two hour window. Would not recommend a company that can't understand timelines and also damages materials.

CIP installed a full length mirror in my house. The problem is, they INSTALLED IT IN THE WRONG…read moreROOM. So, they moved the mirror to the correct location. But, the wall was damaged with a wall full of mastic (black glue) where they originally (and mistakenly) installed it. It took 3 weeks and several contact attempts before CIP sent a crew to sand and re-mud the damage. They said they would be back in a day or two to re-paint the wall. That was 2 weeks ago. UPDATE: 3 weeks later, the wall finally has been painted. 6 week repair in total. The wall doesn't look as good as it did before it was damaged. So, that's unfortunate. CIP installed 2 other projects prior to the incident mentioned above. The first one was a mirror that broke during transport causing a 2-week delay for the replacement to arrive. The second job went without a hitch. Summary: 2 out of 3 jobs came with incidents. This is really a 2-star review, but I'm giving 3 stars in case our unfortunate experiences with CIP were a fluke.

Even though other places also have trendy selections, the quality of The Tile Shop's pieces (heft, hue, style) is noticeably better. Being a maximizer who has to see everything out there, I eventually learned not to waste my time going anywhere else. Their service is also heads and shoulders above the rest. Paul Carroll at The Tile Shop patiently helped us pick out several types of tile that we needed for multiple projects: backsplash, flooring, fireplace. Both his knowledge of tiling technique and sense of artistry gently steered us in the right direction. His expertise was particularly invaluable because we largely finalized our choices while still in California. When we encountered availability issues with our initial choices, he got creative and recommended terrific alternatives. Because of Paul, we landed with selections that tied well with our color schemes--some of which we would never have thought of on our own. If you need someone with an artistic eye, I highly recommend you speak to Paul.
