I love how HomeGoods changes with the seasons. You're able to find cute seasonal goods and great gifts. On my recent visit, I wanted to get a basket and some fall blankets. I had fun looking at all the Halloween decorations. The people who work here are always sweet and do a good job at keeping the store as organized as possible. You can find a lot of unique finds for good prices. Since it's in a strip mall, it's easy to find parking too. I love coming to this HomeGoods.

There were some franchises I recognized like My Little Pony, Strawberry Shortcake, and Care Bears, and some based on Disney characters and Sanrio (Hello Kitty). This seems like a great place to get gifts for people who are interested in these characters as it has some unusual items related to them like makeup, stickers, and fashion accessories. They had blind boxes as well, but not everything has prices on them and I didn't want to keep asking how much everything was. It looked like it had just opened in this location so maybe they weren't finished setting up.

Bringing the wrong side of a sectional that needed replaced due to quality control issue after MONTHS of delays truly defies understanding and logic. I expect much higher standards of customer service and quality assurance. I ordered my couch in August, it is now November and I still do not have a fulfilled order. Will not be purchasing from this company ever again.

While I did receive some of the furniture, I am still waiting on my dining table. After the 5/20 date was missed I was told it would be here by end of May. I called end of May and was told early June. Obviously I had to cancel my party. Then when June came around I was told it would be first week of July. Then a glimmer of hope .....I received a call around June 7 from my salesperson (Diane) stating the table was unloading and I should have it within a week or so. As such I reschedule my party for 6/29. After all this , a week later I find out that even though the table is here it cannot be delivered to the shipper for another two weeks due to current truckloads being full!. Come on guys.....this is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe you cannot get one table on the next truck after all my previous delays. Horrible customer service! Once again I am canceling my dinner party thanks to Arhaus taking no accountability for doing what they promised. I have called 3 times this week with no one being able to make what they promised happen. Obviously I will never purchase from them again and I am unable to give a good recommendation to family and friends. Improve your delivery logistics , do what you promise, or at least compensate the customer for their aggravation and loses.

We went to checkout and my daughter asked the employee a question. This lady was so nasty and rude from the beginning. The entire checkout process with her was horrible. Such a nasty lady. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude in her answers, she got mad when she couldn't locate the bar codes on the pots when they were right in front of her eyes. She called another employee to help her bag up the items for us and she was nasty to him too. Normally I get nasty customer service interactions with younger people but this old lady had them beat. Her entire demeanor and attitude sucked. I like this store and shop here quite often but after interacting with her last night, I really don't want to come back. She does not need to interact with customers. Her name is Aurea. So watch out people for this nasty employee. She's more concerned about her acrylic nails than being nice and polite.

On a positive note, I did need to stop by the fabrics section with a question. This person admitted to me they weren't great on the given topic but showed me some fabrics in case I wanted to look. Polite and she walked me over instead of just pointing. That's good. I walked around for a bit looking for the next two things I needed. Not an employee in sight to ask. I finally decided to just buy the things I had in hand. They had a single register open and one open for returns. There were about 20 people in front of me and the line was moving very slowly. What I didn't understand, two gentleman employees were standing in front of the register area, not making eye contact with anyone, and just stood there. One had a bunch of tags around his neck so he looked like some sort of manager. He slinked away, then would slink back. Never make eye contact, didn't open a new lane, then he'd shuffle back off. Took forever just to check out. Based on that experience today, I'll likely stick to ordering off Amazon and just being patient. Not impressed.

The duvet cover was trash. Too small and the stitching frayed from the first week. I threw it away, thanks. Please refund my $300 or so dollars. Bahahahaha, right? I ordered the quilt instead. WHY, will it take TWO MONTHS TO GET TO ME? The quilt is in stock and allegedly in California. Again, last order and last visit to Pottery Barn. The fulfillment center must actually be in a barn with goats dealing with the shipping. This is 2024, IT CAN'T TAKE TWO OR THREE MONTHS TO DELIVER ANYTHING FROM ANYWHERE. Get a grip, this is not ok.
