I love how HomeGoods changes with the seasons. You're able to find cute seasonal goods and great gifts. On my recent visit, I wanted to get a basket and some fall blankets. I had fun looking at all the Halloween decorations. The people who work here are always sweet and do a good job at keeping the store as organized as possible. While I did receive some of the furniture, I am still waiting on my dining table. After the 5/20 date was missed I was told it would be here by end of May. I called end of May and was told early June. Obviously I had to cancel my party. Then when June came around I was told it would be first week of July. Then a glimmer of hope .....I received a call around June 7 from my salesperson (Diane) stating the table was unloading and I should have it within a week or so. As such I reschedule my party for 6/29. After all this , a week later I find out that even though the table is here it cannot be delivered to the shipper for another two weeks due to current truckloads being full!. Come on guys.....this is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe you cannot get one table on the next truck after all my previous delays. Horrible customer service! Once again I am canceling my dinner party thanks to Arhaus taking no accountability for doing what they promised. I have called 3 times this week with no one being able to make what they promised happen. Obviously I will never purchase from them again and I am unable to give a good recommendation to family and friends. Improve your delivery logistics , do what you promise, or at least compensate the customer for their aggravation and loses.

She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude in her answers, she got mad when she couldn't locate the bar codes on the pots when they were right in front of her eyes. She called another employee to help her bag up the items for us and she was nasty to him too. Normally I get nasty customer service interactions with younger people but this old lady had them beat. Her entire demeanor and attitude sucked. I like this store and shop here quite often but after interacting with her last night, I really don't want to come back. She does not need to interact with customers. Her name is Aurea. So watch out people for this nasty employee. She's more concerned about her acrylic nails than being nice and polite.

Upstairs is a lot of bigger furniture, while downstairs is more smaller home good items. The furniture makes me wish I was an interior designer with an endless budget. They do offer true registry appointments, but we more so wanted to casually look around. We found a lot of things we loved and put on our wedding registry. The staff was also extremely kind and asked us if they could help with anything a few times. I highly recommend coming here.
