Beautiful furniture... HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICES... The level of inattention to detail and lack of quality control displayed throughout this process is astonishing. Bringing the wrong side of a sectional that needed replaced due to quality control issue after MONTHS of delays truly defies understanding and logic. I expect much higher standards of customer service and quality assurance. I ordered my couch in August, it is now November and I still do not have a fulfilled order. Arhaus has great furniture but their ability to deliver that furniture and do what they say is lacking greatly. As such they make promises they can't keep which results in a horrible customer experience. I ordered furniture in March 2024 with a promised delivery date of May 20th. I planned and scheduled this well in advance to assure I had furniture after closing on my new home on May 17th. In plenty of time for my housewarming dinner party scheduled for 6/2. While I did receive some of the furniture, I am still waiting on my dining table. After the 5/20 date was missed I was told it would be here by end of May. I called end of May and was told early June. Obviously I had to cancel my party. Then when June came around I was told it would be first week of July. Then a glimmer of hope .....I received a call around June 7 from my salesperson (Diane) stating the table was unloading and I should have it within a week or so. As such I reschedule my party for 6/29. After all this , a week later I find out that even though the table is here it cannot be delivered to the shipper for another two weeks due to current truckloads being full!. Come on guys.....this is ridiculous. I find it hard to believe you cannot get one table on the next truck after all my previous delays. Horrible customer service! Once again I am canceling my dinner party thanks to Arhaus taking no accountability for doing what they promised. I have called 3 times this week with no one being able to make what they promised happen. Obviously I will never purchase from them again and I am unable to give a good recommendation to family and friends. Improve your delivery logistics , do what you promise, or at least compensate the customer for their aggravation and loses. read more

Sales agreement for mattress states "15 year warranty." 4 years later mattress sags so badly it needs to be replaced. "Not sagging 2" so not covered by warranty," according to customer service. Do not buy a mattress here. read more

Beautiful furniture and incredibly artistic in their merchandising, but 'Wow!' it's pretty expensive here. Every sale is on commission, so if you decide to visit, enter at your own risk. In defense of the sales folks, they really are good about greeting you and then giving each visitor enough space to check out the place. If you do decide to purchase, be aware of the small ways that they will get you to add $$ onto your sale. If you have plenty of $$, but lack the vision to put it all together, they have an interior designer on staff to assist. I would say that it is definitely worth a visit here simply to take a look at the possibilities of what you can do with lighting, furniture, and wall design. read more

I find the neutral palette of interest, but I think a little more personalization and someone's home wouldn't be a bad thing. They are leaders in style, they have a recipe that works. Probably not a place someone who has traditional taste would be interested, but if you are eclectic, transitional or modern, you would be interested. They do have a supply chain problem at the moment so that is something to take into consideration while you were shopping there. read more

So, great new location, terrible service. Like someone already said, I don't look like I have a lot of money, but make over 400K per year. Associate had more interest talking to her fellow employee behind counter then interacting with me. Sad, because a few years ago, I bought over 20K in home furnishings from Arhaus, great interaction then. I'm also perfect customer, because outdoor concrete table I purchased 2 years ago, for $2,800.00 fell apart this winter, I'm not going to complain and just suck it up. However, I cannot stand that your associates look at me when I shop and don't bother to interact because I guess they think I have no money, essentially turning up their nose at me. I will go elsewhere like Horchow or Restoration Hardware. read more

Just had my new dining room table and chairs delivered. When we first went to Arhaus to look for our furniture, we were impressed with the showroom and the sales rep was very friendly. She was there to help whenever we had questions, moving chairs from all over the showroom to see if they matched the table we liked. But she also didn't hover or pressure us for a sale. We ordered and were told mid-November delivery which is exactly what we got. The delivery service communicated well to set up the date/time up until we signed off. They told us when they were on the way and even gave us a link to a tracked so we knew exactly when they would arrive. The gentlemen that moved us were very friendly, ensured everything was set up as we wanted it and didn't leave a scrap of trash from the packaging. We're very pleased with our furniture and the service from start to finish. read more

Love Arhaus! Staff is awesome. Helpful and informative, without being at all intrusive or pressuring. Available and eager, when asked, to offer designer advice and suggestions for matching style and need. Extensive furniture selection and options, with delivery time line of a few days to 8 to 12 weeks depending on availability. We ordered three rooms of furniture, 20 pieces all told including chairs, tables, sofas, carpets etc. Delivered as promised within 8 weeks. Arhaus kept us advised throughout the waiting period of status of our furniture. Delivered it on the day and time promised. Delivery persons were personable, efficient in providing "white glove" set up of all furniture. Furniture has been in our home for a month now, and we love it. Every piece, high quality manufacture, style, size exactly to our liking thanks in no small part to the expert design advise we received at the store. It is a little more expensive than some of the other nationwide furniture chains but the quality and finish is well worth the investment. read more

Its not what I've come to expect from Arhaus. I look like a hillbilly. I mean carrhart jacket, construction boots, camo hat, Levis, big beard....straight up. I've seen the looks and these people have no idea that we have a combined annual income of $300k.....I just get the street trash look every time I'm in there. Pisses me off. Well still go back because my house is full of Arhaus, Restoration Hardware, Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, etc. I like to see and touch things before I buy them. read more

Wish I could give this place half a star. I called to ask the sales rep to place two sofa pillows on hold since I couldn't order them online on account of them being out of stock at the warehouse. The sales rep's tone immediately changed when I explained my request to her and she took my name and number and said she would call me back because she was with a customer. By her unpleasant tone I knew she would not call me back and sure enough she never did. I wish I got her name so I could complain to corporate but all I can say is that she was working at the Shortpump Arhaus Tuesday October 14th around 7:30pm. I have bought a ton of furniture here and it is awesome. The looks and style are really cool. We always get a ton of compliments. It is fairly pricey but not at the top of the scale. Some of the sales people are friendlier than others...but that can be said for our entire population...but they are all really knowledgable. Keep in mind that there are other customers. There is usually only 2-3 on staff at one time. I love arhaus! read more

We recently purchased a custom leather sectional from the Short Pump store. Chris was very attentive, knowledgeable , and patient with us. When the sofa arrived it had been damaged by the delivery team. Not knowing what to do I called Chris while they were still there. He assured me not to panic, but to accept the delivery and they would custom make a replacement. They were true to their word and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. We ordered a couch here during a sale last year and the quality is amazing. We recently had a party and several people brought their kids. They had a blast playing in the cushions and running/jumping on it. This is a SOLID piece. Everyone loved it and kept asking where we got it. We have been so happy with the quality of their products so we just ordered a huge dining table and we can't wait for it to get here next week. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly too. There were several different colors for the table and we told the associate what colors were in the room and she helped us with choosing what would look best. I bought two chairs for my kitchen from Arhaus and proceeded to use them on my cork floors. I noticed dents all around the legs of the chairs one day when cleaning so turned the chair over to see what was on the bottom of the legs. They use floor protectors that are almost in a triangle shape - clearly a quality issue. I called the company and sent photos as requested. After a week I was contacted and advised that they are the "standard floor protectors" used on the chairs and these chairs "should be used on hard floor surfaces". They also said that they sell many of these chairs and nobody has complained so there was nothing they could do. They were completely rude and treated me like I was stupid. Terrible company. I'll never buy anything from them again. read more

Arhaus has the worst communication with their customers I have ever encountered. I purchased a sofa, and 2 chairs 14 weeks ago and quickly received the sofa because it had stock fabric. We like it a lot but waiting on the chairs is pure misery. The salesperson has only responded to my inquiries by email, up until April 29, 2016, when he emailed instead of calling to let me know the delivery was scheduled for May 9, 2016. Guess what? My 2 chairs never made it on the truck and I found out only by calling Corporate customer service myself. It looks like delivery won't happen until May 29, 2016. Fifteen weeks ( there was a 2 week delay ordering the chairs) is not satisfactory service. If there is a change I will update this review, but at this time I will NEVER recommend Arhaus to anyone. I could have bought from another manufacturer that makes their furniture in America as well and received it in half the time. read more

Found a gorgeous chandelier on sale online at the website.Called the store at Short Pump 3 times before someone would talk to me. Finally got someone to call me back. Asked if the chandelier was here on display so I could see it in person instead of a picture.(this chandelier was 800 $ and the center of my decorating scheme). No such luck. So I ordered it through the store at short pump. In 5 days I received a chandelier that only resembled the one I ordered in shape. The color and finish was totally different from the pic in the catalogue. So I called the store and talked to 3 different people who took my name and said they would get back to help me. When they finally got back with me I was horrified to find out that arhouse charges a 10% return stocking fee. Nobody ever told me that! They also said the chandeliers are made by hand and so they will all look somewhat different. Horrible customer service from the store if you contact by phone. I can't speak for what they are like when you walk through the door.Just be prepared to pay big at the end if you don't like it and want to return it. read more
