This place had the worse service ever. It was so bad I didn't even leave a tip i couldn't. The food was not bad but the service and friendliness was terrible. Its on Marina Bay so its a great view from there outside but its not worth it if you are looking for a relaxing good time. The inside was full of shifty people as well. This is a great place with a great view! We went on a working day for lunch so there was no crowd, just a few people at the bar. It was 60 F outside but still felt a little chilly, so there was no one sitting outside on the patio, but we decided to sit outside and it had a great view of the harbor and the Boston skyline - so you can totally be in Quincy with a view and don't have to travel all the way to Seaport for a nice lunch with harbor view! The food was great, we ordered baked haddock with shrimp platter, we asked them to skip on the "brandy cream" (since it has brandy as the name indicates) and also ordered the fried haddock burger except I asked them to put baked haddock in my burger (healthier lol). The platter was delicious, my baked haddock was a little bland though. Our server was amazing, she respected our food restrictions, was funny, and made amazing mock-tails!! Had the BEST salad here recently, which honestly I was not expecting... The chop chop salad was exceptional; generous portion of steak cooked to a perfect medium-rare with crumbles of blue cheese and a fantastic dressing that all just melted in your mouth and created a wonderful flavor. The restaurant is in a great location in Marina Bay with views of the water. The staff is friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean. Parking can be confusing, just make sure you read the signs. The burger is a great price and it came with a healthy amount of toppings. The burger is juicy and cooked how I liked it. I also liked how thick and crispy the fries were. First, let me tell you about our bartender/waiter and one armed paper hanger (that's how busy this man was) SHAWN. Only one word can describe his work ethics and that is awesome!!! He was waiting on tables, both inside and out, taking call in to go orders and waiting on the bar. Never lost his patience with one customer. Easy to talk and relate to with an easy demeanor. If you ever encounter this guy, I hope you have the same experience that we had. Now to the restaurant. Located in Quincy, MA in Marina Bay. We were there for lunch. Sat at the bar, both had burgers. My girl had sweet potato fries and I had a Mediterranean side salad and a couple of Bloody Mary's. Burgers were grilled perfectly with tomato, onion, pickles and Swiss cheese. Sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Side salad was fresh and crisp with fresh Feta cheese. 1 star only cause I can't give it a 0. This is located right by the water on the Marina so it's pretty touristy and expensive. Ordered calamari, brunch special the hangover heaven, and the mac n cheese. Everything was an utter disappointment and everything had zero flavor. A simple salt and pepper could've elevated each dish. Calamari: a good portion and it looked really good but my goodness... barely fried like barely. It was definitely on borderline soggy. The batter wouldn't even stay on the calamari, there was no taste like even a little salt would've been nice in the batter. Each bite, the fried batter kept falling off and the squid itself was so chewy. It came with marinara which was canned and the aioli was ok. Mac n cheese: it just didn't work. The cheese didn't pair well and again, lack of flavor. Salt and pepper or anything. It was so bland and one-dimensional The hangover heaven: basically crushed potatoes with a few pieces of pulled pork, and an egg on top. The sauce on the pull pork was basically bottled. Crushed potatoes weren't even done or even fried. Could tell it was low effort Service was not good... didn't have a waiter for like 30-45 minutes and had to always get some other waiters attention. When I go to Marina Bay this is the stop I make. The food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly and efficient. I never really get the same meal twice because the menus change with the seasons so it makes it interesting. Also you can't beat view from the bar or the front outside dining area. It took 10 minutes for our server to bring us water, she dropped them and said I'll be back for your drink order, several minutes past she took our drink order, we had now been sitting for 18 minutes passed. We just had my sister's bridal shower upstairs at Port 305. We planned it almost a year in advance because we didn't want any issues if Covid interfered. It was seamless! From the initial inquiry to the day of the event, the employees were fantastic. We did the buffet and it was incredibly reasonable. The food is still being talked about- especially the chowder! We had just over 50 people and the space was perfect, the view was beautiful. The servers, including bartender were absolutely lovely. Parking available during off season (not summer) which is helpful. I would have another function there without question! So thankful for their help in making the day special for my sister! read more

The lackluster experience at this restaurant started with the hostess trying to seat 5 adults in a 4 top. I informed her that we could not comfortably sit at such a small, square table, which seemed to leave her befuddled. We ourselves found an open six-top at the end of the outside seating area, which apparently the hostess didn't seem to be aware of. So, right from the start there were issues with organization. The waitress took a good 10 min to get to our table. She seemed pleasant at first...that changed later. We shared a couple of apps, put in our order, and waited. I ordered the Port Burger, explaining to the waitress that I do not like cooked onions and requested raw onions instead. Food comes out, my burger has no onions at all. When she comes to check on us, I inform her about the missing onions and she gets super defensive. I literally had to peel back every layer in the burger to show her they were not there. She kept repeating "well, they should be there." All she had to say was "I'm sorry about that, I'll bring some on the side for you," instead she was borderline arguing with me over onions...who does that?? The food was mediocre. And I mean mediocre. The burger patty itself was flavorless. The rest of the party had the steak tips (dry), chicken parm (mediocre) and fish tacos (lacking seasoning). The bad experience didn't end there. We got the check, and the waitress disappeared for over 20min. Half our party left, and the rest stayed waiting to sign off on payment for the meal. I guess the waitstaff have zero reason to be polite or courteous at this establishment because all parties are automatically charged an 18% tip. Never returning to this place. Decent experience but nothing too memorable besides the water and city skyline view you get from sitting outside. We ordered the cauliflower appetizer and the steak tips and salmon for our entree. The cauliflower had a nice tempura coating that was tasty. The steak tips and salmon were fine - well seasoned and cooked properly and in-line with expectations for a standard mid-range restaurant. We were able to immediately walk up and get a seat on a Friday evening. Service was on the slower side. Seems like they had too many tables and not enough servers but given it is COVID times, I tend to be more forgiving but just be prepared to wait. On cooler evenings, make sure to bring a jacket. Once the sun goes down, the winds make things quite chilly and there are no heaters or anything to break the wind. Worth a visit for the sunset views and decent food just wish service was a bit faster. read more

Food - solid 3 stars. Lobster Benedict was quite good but the eggs were slightly overcooked (not at all runny like it should be); the English muffin had a nice crunchy texture and was pretty tasty though. I felt pretty much the same for the fish tacos as well. It was "okay" but nothing a fresh few dashes of Tabasco sauce didn't fix. Overall a passing grade but nothing super memorable but hey, we came for the ambiance which was priceless. Who can say no to those pretty bay views? Stopped in at Port 305 today and had lunch on their patio. It is so nice to finally get out for lunch! I had a Cosmopolitan (good drinks!) and an order of the Korean Short Rib Tacos. The order came with great French fries and the three tacos were really stuffed and so delicious! Atmosphere was nice and view was beautiful, my waiter Joe was professional and polite. Went to Marina Bay's Fall Festival today and wanted to catch the game with some drinks & food. We'd never been here before & liked the menu online. The bartender face us 3 menus & walked away.....several minutes later gave us 3 more of the same menus and walked away....at this point I told my wife that 3rd strike is out & there were other options at Marina Bay. He finally came back and I asked for a drink menu for my wife and he replied, "It's not in there"?.....Hmmmmm if it was, as I had ample time to review all that was plopped down in front of us, I think I would have noticed... Finally took our drink order.....again waited more time that we should have and we told him we were going to order food. At that point I noticed he was waiting on tables inside and out. Definitely not great for him tone all over the place but he never said anything to us indicating that....no "sorry I'm all over the place" or "We're short-handed.....absolutely no communication. Unfortunate l, as we like to sit at the bar to get to know the place, the people there, etc..... I saw him asking another server to take our order...out of an app,(at 2pm on a Sunday-ok), substituted and ordered. Thankfully the Garlic & Hummus Crostini & shrimp Scampi Pizza were really good.....then guess how long it took to order one more round. So-food was very good, service was truly of no service to us. Great views and a great location. Unfortunately the food I have to say isn't worth going out of your way for or the price. For "Sticky" Korean wings they were incredibly dry (I had to order extra sauce) and the calamari pieces were fairly small and didn't have much flavor. The one good thing was the incredibly friendly bartender. The martinis we had were strong which was the best part but most of the options were incredibly sweet. I'd come here if I wanted to enjoy a drink on a summer night with friends but I don't think I would consider this a restaurant worth coming to. read more

I came here for a girls night out with my sister and cousin. Originally we had plans to eat at another restaurant but we were told that we would not be seated anytime soon. I've eaten here three times and have had a pretty good experience with the food and service. Most of the dishes my friends and I had were flavorful except for a couple. The steak frites were lackluster as was the chocolate cake. The steak tip dish and Korean wings were very good. Ended up paying $85 for one app and two entrees this time, so the prices can be a little steep. The view and outdoor seating are great though. A nice warm day called for some food by the water. What better place than Marina Bay. The fisherman's platter here was delicious and the portions were gigantic. The steak and salmon I tried were also cooked to perfection and came out efficiently. The only downside was the coca cola tasted funny, normally I would have gone for a beer but I was not in the mood. The coke tasted almost like chemicals. The waitress was nice and she made sure the table was happy with the food. Overall good spot, no complaints from this guy. read more
