We hired AKA "Home Solutions", AKA "San Dino Home Solutions." There is a reason he has to change the company's name. We hired Mr. Santarelli to remodel our upstairs. His design services were sub-par and that's a compliment, their approach to contracting, how they manage their cost and convey their pricing to the customer is horrific. Expect to pay 2.5 to 3 times the amount for supplies, labor, anything he charges you for. He did have outstanding sub-contractors. However, they are now threatening to file a lien on us because he hasn't paid them, even though we executed an unconditional lien release. He still owes us a countertop that has been paid for but he is now holding it hostage due to our bad reviews of his business, and not paying a subcontractor that has a great crew and worked hard every day, These are sub's with families making hourly wages, and he's not paying. The drama we experienced with him has been unlimited. I pulled down my reviews as I stated because we settled with him. He stated he was going to pay the subs and deliver our countertop. None of its happened. He is just noise when he speaks... Hope this saves others time and money and unneeded mental energy expenditure.

I came to know about this place from Facebook - I follow their page (District 635) on there and was really impressed with the color palettes that they use and the uniqueness of the items they show on there. The store itself is just as impressive. They go to other furniture/ decor places and get their closeouts and sell them here. While they advertise that their prices are significantly less for designer pieces, I do not see much financial savings, HOWEVER, I am willing to pay their prices because, as I said, mostly everything in here is extremely unique. I will say this - I saw a coffee table here made out of a Russian boat propeller with a glass top (super cool and different!) for $2300 and it was $4000 at Restoration Hardware ... so that's something, right? :) They constantly get new pieces in, so you have to check back frequently. They are only open Thursday-Sunday, so you really want to try to get there Thursday to see the best things that they have to offer for the week. For the most part, you buy right off the floor. Sometimes they will have a few duplicate items from the floor back in their warehouse, but this is one of those places where when you see something you like, you better buy it because it may not be there next time. *Note: They are connected to The Dump, however, the styles/ selection is nothing like the The Dump. Trust me, I don't like The Dump either.
