    Fall clearance pillows even have zippers so I can interchange the pillow covers!

    I'm not sure how many handicapped shoppers they are expecting, but the entire front of the store has diagonal parking dedicated with signs as well as at least 8 other spots with the paint half worn off. I parked and then realized it was a handicap spot so I started up the car and moved spots. They really need to repaint the spots and/put up signs so they are clearly marked. When I got inside, I saw many Christmas displays all showing 50% off everything. There were even a few Fall displays with 75% off. I found 2 cute "Give Thanks" pillows. Regular price was $22.99, but thanks to 75% off, I only paid $5.74 for each pillow! And the covers have zippers so I can change out the pillows with other covers! Also found a couple of Fall garden flags, regular price $7.99, but on clearance only $1.99 each! So fun finding great deals when you're not even really looking for them!

    Moving out from the Northern California I had never heard of At Home. I guess Welcome to Texas! This was the size of a Costco or bigger!!! I found some really great bar stools for my Apartment here. Overall I like this store with its selection. My only concern was looking though some of the furniture which seemed kinda cheaply made and overpriced in my opinion. I think this is a place where you definitely have to pick your spots and look for the deals.

    Tammy is a hard worker and is so cheerful. It was past 8pm and they were short stuffed but she managed the check out long line well. Great Job.

    Home decor and goods superstore!! Huge selection. Some junk and some good finds. The staff are quite rude, but the selection makes up for it

I was excited to support a smaller store and to find some home goods for my home in LA. Kevin and his wife helped me and I purchased the items (over $200) and paid for the suggesting shipping back to LA. Kevin charged me, gave me his card and told me the items would be shipped to my home in Los Angeles within a week. I have never received the items (SIX MONTHS LATER) and have contacted them via email, text and phone. Once (See attached photos) I did receive a message back on Instagram (back in January) but never heard back from them since. I took this up with my bank (I mistakenly paid with a debit card) and because of the length of time I waited to report this they said that the merchant: "Harper Worn and Weathered" had gotten back to them and refused to give me a refund. The bank told me to report them to the the Better Business Bureau which I will also do besides leaving this review here. This has not been handled properly or fairly and I want to warn anyone from dealing with this business. All I was asking for is for them to get back to me and if they couldn't ship my items for any reason- they could just do the right thing. Refund the amount I paid for and be professional enough to return my messages. I have not been in Dallas since December and during our current situation I don't have any plans to be there in the near future. Bottom line? I have paid for the items and never received them!!!

This place is quality in every way and I've already told friends, family and my interior designer. Although rustic is not my style, I will be back as a few things caught my eye and the customer experience was top notch. So if rustic is your thing, the Arrangement is where you go.

I called back, "YOUR MASK IS COMPLETELY OFF." Like, she wasn't even doing the nose-uncovered fake--the mask was literally around her neck. She called back, "Oh, haha *giggle*" I saw her at the other end of the store a few minutes later. Her mask was on, but then she removed it to talk to me. I saw her a few minutes later speaking to another customer, and the mask was completely off. I said to myself, "Screw this." As I was leaving the store, another male employee was strutting through the store completely maskless, as well. I now wonder if the maskless lady was the owner, Katherine Snedeker, since this cavalier "who gives a f&*k about the health of my customers and co-workers" attitude seems to be part of the culture of the company. Must be Republicans. No more of this company for me, ever. Are you hearing me, Katherine?
