What initially drew me to him wasn't his business or what he sold, but his character. There was something genuinely admirable about his dedication, his work ethic, and the way he carried himself. Over time, I've had the opportunity to see just how much this man takes on, not only for his business but for his family, and I can sincerely say I've rarely met anyone who works harder. Michael is what I would call old-school in the very best sense of the word. He's hands-on, resourceful, incredibly hardworking, and seemingly incapable of sitting still. He's the kind of person who doesn't just talk about getting something done. He rolls up his sleeves and does it himself. When I finally purchased furniture from Patio Furniture Liquidators, I understood why his business was so different. My furniture wasn't some generic set pulled off a showroom floor. It was configured exactly how I wanted it, with exceptional craftsmanship, beautiful materials, and a level of personalization I simply couldn't find at the big retail stores. And the price? So far below what comparable furniture costs elsewhere that I actually asked Michael how he manages to stay in business. His answer was something I'll never forget: "By doing a lot of jobs I don't hire other people to do." And after watching him work, I understood exactly what he meant. Watching Michael run his business is almost exhausting. I've seen him juggle multiple customers, answer questions, coordinate orders, solve problems, and somehow make everyone feel important. Then, without missing a beat, he'll jump in to personally help deliver someone's furniture because they need it before their wedding. And when most people would finally be heading home to relax, he's still working, communicating with factories, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure his customers are taken care of. What impressed me just as much was the loyalty of the people around him. His employees clearly respect him, and you can see that it's more than just a paycheck to them. There's a sense of loyalty and pride that you simply cannot manufacture. It's the kind of loyalty a person earns by leading from the front, working alongside others, and never asking someone to do something he wouldn't do himself. And behind all of this is a man with a family, responsibilities, and a life outside his business. Knowing how much he carries makes what he's built even more remarkable. I think we sometimes forget what it means to support a genuinely local, Texas-based business. We see a price tag, a showroom, or a website, but we don't always see the sacrifices, the late nights, the missed sleep, or the personal commitment that makes it all possible. When you buy from Michael, you're not just buying patio furniture. You're supporting a man who has poured his heart, his time, and an extraordinary amount of effort into building something worthwhile. I would recommend Patio Furniture Liquidators for the quality alone. I would recommend them for the incredible prices, the customization, and the fact that you can get furniture that rivals or exceeds what you'll find in expensive retail showrooms for a fraction of the cost. But the reason I felt compelled to write this review goes much deeper than furniture. It's because in a world where so many businesses have become impersonal, where customers are just numbers and everything seems to revolve around maximizing profit, it's refreshing to encounter someone who still believes in earning his success through hard work, personal responsibility, and doing right by people. Michael isn't perfect. Nobody is. I'm sure there are days when he takes on more than any one person reasonably should. But I'd much rather do business with someone who cares enough to stretch himself too thin than someone who doesn't care at all. There is something deeply inspiring about watching a person build a life for his family with his own two hands, refusing to take shortcuts and refusing to stop working toward something better. I came to Patio Furniture Liquidators because I needed furniture. I left with beautiful pieces, an incredible value, and an even greater respect for the man behind the business. Michael, I hope you realize that people notice. They notice the effort, the sacrifices, the integrity, and the heart you put into what you do. We shopped over Memorial Day weekend and found several great deals, though we also passed on a few items that didn't quite feel discounted enough yet. A quick check back just a few days later showed inventory is pretty thin. We're looking forward to enjoying our new furniture in our new home.

It seems though the signs said discounts up to 30%, most of what I saw was only 10% off so it was hard to see the value in that. The service was good. It's sad to see good people losing their jobs. I did tell a few people who really demonstrated good service about the fact that the company I work for is hiring. There are still a lot of nice pieces left and several high end mattresses at a fair price, so if you are in the market it's probably worth the look!

The retail location referred us to this outlet location, and we're very thankful they did. In fact, some of the same items we looked at that were 400$ at their retail location, were $180 at their Outlet store. This place is a bargain for high quality furniture. It's clear their stock changes regularly, so I highly recommend checking this place out on the regular. Interestingly enough, one of the new chairs we bought had a rental return that matched, so we got a matching pair of designer high quality chairs for a steal. Be sure to look at the entire store. The facility isn't as nice as the other one, with this one having more of a warehouse feel. I'm not even sure it's as big as the retail location, but you're not here for the facility anyway. You're here cuz you're going to save a fat stack on some furniture. Marco was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the furniture. He showed us everything and was very informative. Francisco was nice and friendly, and was even flexible when my wife demanded pillows that went with a different couch... even though we had already paid. Delivery was smooth. We actually purchased items at both locations, and the delivery company owner Alex picked up items from both stores to deliver them for us on one delivery, and for a bargain! Alex and his crew was very familiar with furniture delivery and all furniture was delivered without any marks on the new items or on the property. He was about 10 minutes early even. To top it off, I negotiated with Alex to move my existing furniture out of the way for the new furniture! I'm no Charlie Sheen, but 'Winning!'

That's a total of $882 to furnish an entire apartment with high quality furniture. I have friends that have spent over three grand furnishing their place! The deliver service they utilize is a bit pricey ($85 flat rate) but it beats hiring movers. The guys working here are super friendly and don't try to push you into buying anything. This place is where you want to visit if you don't feel like spending a fortune on furniture but still want high quality stuff.
