Emmett was patient with all my questions and demonstrated how the Lovesac furniture concept works. I was very impressed! I love that Lovesac covers can be laundered at home and be replaced if I decided to change the color and look! The furniture is like furniture Legos! Check out the PillowSac Accent Chair which can be reclined. So cool! The Home Theater system is also awesome. Why didn't I purchase immediately? I need to find a location closer to a port like Seattle, Portland or San Diego where I can ship to Hawaii. Lovesac offers shipping/delivery throughout the CONTINENTAL US only! I love our new sactional even more than I thought I would. 1st - there's no denying that it is…read moreexpensive - but it fit every single need we had and then some. We wanted a new couch for our den, which is a fairly large room, but finding a sectional that was small enough to fit comfortably in the room was virtually impossible! So first need - because the furniture is modular, we were able to buy exactly the right number of pieces to comfortably fit the space. Next - we have new kittens, who like to scratch on furniture and often hide under things. Second need - Lovesac had a lot of really nice fabrics in velvet to choose from, a type of fabric that is luxurious and feels great, but at the same time is not attractive to cat scratching. So far, so good. We went with a padded velvet and after 3 weeks, no scratching! It also has very low clearance underneath, so other than a few cat toys, nothing is getting under this couch to hide! Third need - we wanted a couch that would be comfortable to both sit on and lie on - since it often acts as a bed for one of us when we have a hard time sleeping. This couch is super comfortable - more than any other couch I have ever experienced! Plus, because the back cushions are loose, you can tilt them and get great back support if you want to lie down but not completely flat. Especially helpful if you're having acid reflux! Final need - wanted it to be easy to keep clean. I haven't had to wash any of the covers yet, but I imagine that will work out great as well. Downsides - besides the cost of course...putting the sactional together, while relatively easy, does take time and effort. Just getting all the pieces out of the packing boxes takes a while! But because each piece is relatively small and light, we were able to get it all upstairs to our den easily, and then put it all together once we got it there. And getting the covers on to the pieces (at least the first time) on the base and sides does take some strong tugging because they fit very closely, which is why they look good. But it's still a little hard to do! Final note - we had decided we wanted to buy in the middle of the pandemic - but the stores weren't open to go check them out. We didn't want to buy blindly, since we weren't sure which type of firmness we wanted, so we waited till we could get an in-store appointment, and we are so glad we did! They were having a sale, and we qualified for 15% off - but the very next day after placing the order, we got a postcard announcing a flash sale of 25%. Luckily when I called the store, Ryan assured me I would get a rebate of the additional discount.

Matthew Graves was our main sales person but others stepped in with ideas when appropriate. We felt pampered an understood on design styles and preferences. One of the best things about Matthew is that he helped stay within budget by suggesting good alternatives on less important items so we could indulge with more expensive items where we wanted WOW! He was also patient when I changed my mind after different design meetings. I will use Calico and Matthew again!

I LOVE shopping here and Jimmy rectified Matthew's past mistakes so all is good! GREAT deals here too! I just had a very bad experience with them. I will preface and say I have dealt with Jimmy here in the past and he's wonderful. I spent entirely too much money in a day and for the most part got good deals. But, I came back here recently and amongst all the things purchased, one of the items was a vase. He (Matthew) didn't bother telling me things were "final sale" or I would have asked to see if it actually held water. Now, they won't even exchange the item. There are no visible cracks on it - it really is a beautiful vase but this is just awesome I spent $50 on something that will be going in the trash. It's useless at this point. The worst part, is when I called to tell him what happened, he pretty much accused me of breaking it. Why would I break my own vase that I just purchased? It looks brand new - it just doesn't hold water so clearly there's a crack somewhere. Just making everyone is aware of the "buyer beware" thing they have going on that they FAIL to tell people about prior to purchase. Clearly they don't value a customer that has spent $3000 in 2 months there. You would think that Matthew, who was the salesperson and also the manager, would have better people skills as well versus acting like a child on the phone.

So, in the event you have a catastrophic even, likely you will have to change because you will not be able to duplicate your choice. i had that issue, wayer damage, and to keep from starting all over, I wanted to only replace what was damaged to keep what i have and love. Chewy, Annabelle and Chris at the Mansfield Tx store were amazing, very helpful and tried to do what was within their job descriptions to help but, F&D policies, process and procedure are not consumer friendly, not consistent with what is stated, promoted on their website consistentl. To make a king story short, they found the "discontinued" flooring in three (3) different states, $450.00 for the flooring, and shipped BECAUSE THEY DON'T SHIP... charged $450 per store for over $1,200.00 for Shipping. Highway robbery and raping their customer. I ONLY did so to save time. However, I still need flooring for four (4) other rooms and F&D manager would rather loose money, approximately $2,000 or more in sales, than expense the freight. Hell, they didn't bother to send the product back to main warehouse to ship to a store. Want that money... bottom line, they lost money. The store manager wasnof no help, so he can keep working hard and if I were you, be careful and spend your money wisely... else where.
