It is fun to browse and occasionally buy at Home Goods! They have an amazing selection of things for the home and always have some great seasonal decor as well. Most items are significantly better priced than what you will see elsewhere. Their tags even have "Compare At" prices on them. There are some items I found though that were significantly higher than elsewhere though. For example, they had a Cat Tree for $169.99, and it is the exact same one I purchased at Sam's for $89.99, so buyer be aware! Usually service is pretty good at these places, but I was in here for 20 minutes or so today, roaming the floor and was never acknowledged by anyone who works here. Not upset about it, as I like to be left alone when I shop, just an observation.

I found this super cute lemon print dish drying mat on clearance! Only $3.00!!!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Home Goods location! I didn't go in looking for anything in particular but of course one can always find something that we want/need, right? This location had so much clearance! Everyone loves a good deal, so if you find something at a lower price, that's a win/win! I found a super cute dish drying mat with a lemon print. It was supposed to be a 2 pack for $6.00. There was only one in the package so I took it up to the front and the manager did a price adjustment to $3.00. That's fair. I had grabbed another similar package to show 2/$6. There was a bunch of these odd looking pixie dolls decorated in patriotic colors. I looked up the name later to see they were Annalee dolls. I had never seen them before. They weren't my cup of tea but it seems lots of people like them and they've been around for awhile. I really like that they have one big line and then you are called ahead to the next available checkout register by number.

This is my first time writing a review like this and I am not taking it lightly. I went to the…read morestore at the Dallas Galleria during a visit to Dallas in December 2019. I was excited to support a smaller store and to find some home goods for my home in LA. Kevin and his wife helped me and I purchased the items (over $200) and paid for the suggesting shipping back to LA. Kevin charged me, gave me his card and told me the items would be shipped to my home in Los Angeles within a week. I have never received the items (SIX MONTHS LATER) and have contacted them via email, text and phone. Once (See attached photos) I did receive a message back on Instagram (back in January) but never heard back from them since. I took this up with my bank (I mistakenly paid with a debit card) and because of the length of time I waited to report this they said that the merchant: "Harper Worn and Weathered" had gotten back to them and refused to give me a refund. The bank told me to report them to the the Better Business Bureau which I will also do besides leaving this review here. This has not been handled properly or fairly and I want to warn anyone from dealing with this business. All I was asking for is for them to get back to me and if they couldn't ship my items for any reason- they could just do the right thing. Refund the amount I paid for and be professional enough to return my messages. I have not been in Dallas since December and during our current situation I don't have any plans to be there in the near future. Bottom line? I have paid for the items and never received them!!!

Cool shop. Helpful employees. Enjoyed walking around and looking at the vintage merchandise.read more

Right when I walked in, a nice looking gentleman greeted me sincerely. As I walked the store, he had interesting tidbits to share with me about certain pieces that really added to my experience. This place is quality in every way and I've already told friends, family and my interior designer. Although rustic is not my style, I will be back as a few things caught my eye and the customer experience was top notch. So if rustic is your thing, the Arrangement is where you go.

I called back, "YOUR MASK IS COMPLETELY OFF." Like, she wasn't even doing the nose-uncovered fake--the mask was literally around her neck. She called back, "Oh, haha *giggle*" I saw her at the other end of the store a few minutes later. Her mask was on, but then she removed it to talk to me. I saw her a few minutes later speaking to another customer, and the mask was completely off. I said to myself, "Screw this." As I was leaving the store, another male employee was strutting through the store completely maskless, as well. I now wonder if the maskless lady was the owner, Katherine Snedeker, since this cavalier "who gives a f&*k about the health of my customers and co-workers" attitude seems to be part of the culture of the company. Must be Republicans. No more of this company for me, ever. Are you hearing me, Katherine?
