I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing for any plumbing or water heater installation needs. This is a very professional company what goes out of its way to provide exceptional customer service. There was no sales pitch and no pressure. As I have always said, selecting a reputable company and high-quality equipment is important, but having it installed properly by a team of highly knowledgeable experts is the most important aspect of the job. Examples: I have a wavy wall, it took them days to correct the paint throughout the house, they flat refused to match my craftsman trim, they forgot my vented kitchen hood, vetoed my transom (they don't even know what that is), failed plumbing inspection three times and nearly blew up my house. (I'm not embellishing) Had to install the cabinets twice (ordered incorrectly and hung at the wrong height), the rough plumbing is so poorly done that the knobs don't sit right and turn lop-sided; failed to contain the renovation dust which covered even stuff inside cabinets and drawers throughout the house. The cleaning crew came multiple times and I still had to hire my own at a cost of $360, to get all the ceiling fans, fixtures, floors, etc. finally clear of dust and paint splatters. They scratched my hardwoods and damaged my stove. To top it off, they stopped paying the subs and one of them put a lien on my house, EVEN though, i was up to date on my payment arrangement. (Yes, that's totally legal, for some reason!) The drama continues as I need help correcting some issues that i don't feel I should have to live with.
