Went to check out the Lovesac store while I was in Dallas. I love the concept and wanted to learn more about Lovesac furniture in person. If this company is as great as the customer representative Emmett provided, I would buy not hesitate to purchase. Emmett was patient with all my questions and demonstrated how the Lovesac furniture concept works. I was very impressed! I love that Lovesac covers can be laundered at home and be replaced if I decided to change the color and look! The furniture is like furniture Legos! Check out the PillowSac Accent Chair which can be reclined. So cool! The Home Theater system is also awesome. Why didn't I purchase immediately? I need to find a location closer to a port like Seattle, Portland or San Diego where I can ship to Hawaii. Lovesac offers shipping/delivery throughout the CONTINENTAL US only! I would need to coordinate shipping from a port to Hawaii. This requires more research. I have shipped vehicles from the 3 ports in the past so I know it can be done. You HAVE to go to the Stonebriar Mall location... they are SO friendly and helpful. The Galleria location phone goes straight to VM, then they MIGHT call you back. I've bought my stuff through Stonebriar and am happy I did. I ADORE my PillowSac, Sactionals, LoveSac blanket, and Squattoman. Yes, it's pricey... just wait for annual the Labor Day Sale... their products are quality pieces. read more

I love our new sactional even more than I thought I would. 1st - there's no denying that it is expensive - but it fit every single need we had and then some. We wanted a new couch for our den, which is a fairly large room, but finding a sectional that was small enough to fit comfortably in the room was virtually impossible! So first need - because the furniture is modular, we were able to buy exactly the right number of pieces to comfortably fit the space. Next - we have new kittens, who like to scratch on furniture and often hide under things. Second need - Lovesac had a lot of really nice fabrics in velvet to choose from, a type of fabric that is luxurious and feels great, but at the same time is not attractive to cat scratching. So far, so good. We went with a padded velvet and after 3 weeks, no scratching! It also has very low clearance underneath, so other than a few cat toys, nothing is getting under this couch to hide! Third need - we wanted a couch that would be comfortable to both sit on and lie on - since it often acts as a bed for one of us when we have a hard time sleeping. This couch is super comfortable - more than any other couch I have ever experienced! Plus, because the back cushions are loose, you can tilt them and get great back support if you want to lie down but not completely flat. Especially helpful if you're having acid reflux! Final need - wanted it to be easy to keep clean. I haven't had to wash any of the covers yet, but I imagine that will work out great as well. Downsides - besides the cost of course...putting the sactional together, while relatively easy, does take time and effort. Just getting all the pieces out of the packing boxes takes a while! But because each piece is relatively small and light, we were able to get it all upstairs to our den easily, and then put it all together once we got it there. And getting the covers on to the pieces (at least the first time) on the base and sides does take some strong tugging because they fit very closely, which is why they look good. But it's still a little hard to do! Final note - we had decided we wanted to buy in the middle of the pandemic - but the stores weren't open to go check them out. We didn't want to buy blindly, since we weren't sure which type of firmness we wanted, so we waited till we could get an in-store appointment, and we are so glad we did! They were having a sale, and we qualified for 15% off - but the very next day after placing the order, we got a postcard announcing a flash sale of 25%. Luckily when I called the store, Ryan assured me I would get a rebate of the additional discount. read more

The sales people at this location even went out of their way to make sure we got some of the pillows we ordered that took extra long to come in... we not only love the product after spending lots of time discussing with the reps here, but they really do treat you like family! Words can't we express how pleased I am with all the staff at Lovesac Galleria! Long story short me and my fiance (she wasn't at this time) were looking for a new couch. Stopping by on a whim we actually fell in love (no pun intended) with their couches! We saw that there was going to be a good sale so we decided to wait until then. Well we had gotten busy and also left for our trip to Hawaii. During our trip we remembered about the sale and didn't know what to do because by the time we got back the sale would have been over. So we decided to call up to the store and see what could be done. Needless to say they made it super easy and we were able to get the couch we wanted! All the way from Hawaii! To add the cherry on top literally after we got off the phone with them we arrived to our next spot in Hawaii which just happens to be the place I asked my love to marry me! SHE SAID YES! Since then we have been back in the store and it feels like home! I feel like the whole staff knows us and our story. The customer service level at this location (because I haven't dealt with any other one) is through the roof! I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. If you believe the commercials on TV, this furniture is a snap to assemble and change. WRONG. It takes a lot of muscle and strength in the hands to put this monster together. Moving it around takes a lot of strength. Changing the slipcovers takes a lot of strength. If you are looking for furniture that challenges you, buy this. read more

Okay so first off, LOVE this place! If you've never sat in a Lovesac before, you need to do it at least once before you die. They're amazing! It's like sitting on a cloud. Second off, Micah is awesome. He was just fantastic. He was very low-pressure, but very informative. He told us about all the sales and promotions, so we were able to get the best value. I just have to say "Kudos" to the young lady working in the Lovesac store a couple of days ago. She was not overly pushy with the products (while still being informative), and was fun to talk to while we perused the goods. I realize that Lovesac's items are quality products (heck she allowed me to jump on it).... but I wish it was a bit cheaper in cost (about 1,200 for enough sections to build a couch is a pricy couch). But (despite the cost), I think this is going to be our next big purchase when we get this last round of bills out of the way (Christmas was a bit costly this year). Bitter experience but Ryan tried to address the concerns and resolved it. Long story short.. bought a pillowsac for Christmas got a free cover which was back ordered for 6-8 weeks.. January 31st called the store to check the status of the order, was told that the cover was still back ordered for 10 weeks min. I got an offer from the manager that there's a refurb cover wolf cover which can be exchanged in leu of original owl fur cover and I accepted the offer and they cancelled original owl fur and release pillow sac insert . Wasn't told on the phone that I have to purchase the refurb wolf cover and as soon I walk into the store I was told that the cover needs to be purchased and manager was on vacation. Initially manager told she would be leaving a note for the employees to release the refurb wolf fur cover but I learnt that the notes says otherwise. I wouldn't have accepted the wolf fur refurb cover in first place if the manager has laid out the terms to me over the phone. Why would I let go a new owl fur cover which I got for free in promotion and pay additional $250 for a refurb cover? After a battle with customer service and a BBB compliant on the manager and store, they resolved the issue by shipping me a wolf fur cover. Thank you Ryan resolving the issue. read more

We just renovated a media room and couldn't decide between theater type seating or couch type seating. The "sactional" was perfect for us. Everyone at the store was very helpful. They helped me pick size, colors and pillows as well as re-cover some existing lovesacs that we had with coordinating material. They expedited our order, as we had family coming in from out of town. They even sent people to the house to put everything together. Great service. Great product. Machine washable everything! read more
