Disgusting...Macaroni was soggy and and the Chicken tasted like wood...I promise to never ever return

You would think that the employees would know the difference between a breast and a thigh but apparently they don't. ALWAYS check your food before you leave. read more

Popeyes is one of my favorite places for fried chicken. This place really disappointed me The first time I've went to this Popeyes, it was the noon with my family, despite the place not being busy, only having about 2-3 people in the restaurant, they made us wait for almost an hour just to miss half of our meals (fries and some of the chicken we've ordered) but it made up for some fresh chicken from the rest of the meals. I was still pretty pissed that they have missed our meals. For this dinner, we were the only people in the drive thru and again it made us wait for a while, but this time they made us wait for 10 or more minutes for some tastless and dried chicken. Felt like a waste of time. There's always better fried chicken restaurants at Road 68, this Popeyes isn't one of them sadly. read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! First off let's start by me waiting at the counter with my family for 10 minutes (should have walked out) while chatting with other patrons in the direct lobby who were also waiting and looking very irritable. So I made small talk. They were all DoorDash type drivers who had been waiting 10-15 minutes from their words. Once I was asked for my order I made it clear I would like a timeline on the wait to be the deciding factor on us ordering or not and I was told by the manager taking our order it would be quick due to them taking our order as priority over mobile orders which ticked off a few of the drivers who showed up (we are a large family of 8 and had 6 of us this evening). So we ordered. Great. $100 order....wonderful. Got our drinks, sat at a table.....then looked over at another couple who looked very irritated. I asked them how long they had been waiting and they said they had been waiting for their order for 45 minutes!!!!! I was appalled by this. I felt bad for them. They asked the front manager several times for their order time...only to be told it's on the way.... Another gentleman walked in...perfect...he places his order..... By this time 30 minutes has passed.... As we were making small talk with the other couple waiting for the chicken to be captured and butchered.... Other guy....gets his food! Unacceptable. I told the couple that I was going to be really ticked off if our order came before theirs.... Guess what....it did. As I walked to the counter to get our food so did he...we both expressed how this was BS and unacceptable. Only to have them tell him his food is on the way out..... They have now been waiting over an hour. (I would have left...but they were far more patient than I) Another 10 minutes go by....he ask for his foods again...they give him and excuse....he asks for a refund and they told him no.... All the while we are digging into our food....that was not good...at all. The Mac and cheese was mush and disgusting. (They didn't care) The coleslaw was nasty and tasted rancid (they didn't care) We were missing a whole meal.... They didn't care Missing two orders of fries....they didn't care This place needs help. Immediately. Also this all took place just shy of 5pm. This wasn't even a busy time. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

The food is always good but the service and attention to correct items in the order, is lacking. They are most often understaffed and not very well managed. read more

Slowest fast food service I have ever had. The food was warm not hot. No urgency by the employees. Watched multiple people get the wrong items in their orders. Restaurant was bit clean which is very weird for it being a new building. We will not be going back ever. read more

I was really looking forward to trying Popeyes on Road 68 in Pasco. Unfortunately, the chicken was very bland along with the two sides that came along with it. Yuck!!! Looks like I'll be sticking with Safeway chicken. He. read more

Came in today and the customer service was excellent. The gentleman that was working the drive thru was very nice. When I placed my order he explained about the chicken and the difference between traditional and Cajun. Game changer!!!! Tried both and by far Cajun is better. Tried a biscuit with Cajun chicken honey and hot sauce read more

I ordered a shrimp tackle box to have lunch today at noon. I pulled to drive thru to pick up my order. As the person came on the speaker it squeaked and the employee screamed "dude what the fuck is wrong with this shit. She then tells me to pull around to the front so I did. I pulled around and an employee was coming out with a bag so I started to pull up to her . She continued walking so I stopped and she started yelling at me. "What's the matter with you fucking bitch"!!!! "You almost hit me you bitch"! She continued to yell profanities at me as she went back into the store. I decided to go in to speak to the manager of course they were not in. I asked who was in charge and they had this gentleman come up and he completely excused her behavior because she thought I was purposely going to hit her. Now why would a customer want to run over an employee. She was still yelling profanities as I stood there trying to tell the person in charge her behavior was unacceptable. I told him with chick-fil-a coming I would think their customer service would top notch. Well he rolled his eyes and barely apologized for the behavior our society finds acceptable. I'm done I won't be back if she continues to be employed with no training!! read more

I have loved Popeyes since I first ate it in 1983. We always stop at the Troutdale, OR location every trip to Portland. The Pasco store consistently serves the driest, oldest, been under the lights for hours chicken- Even at dinnertime! This time I asked if the chicken was "fresh"- what an idiot, of course, he told me it was fresh. If you love Popeyes, don't go to this store. read more

I was very happy to see Popeyes come to road 68 in Pasco. Unfortunately, their prices are ridiculous. Coupons arrived in the mail, so I went to get some chicken. Waited in line for seven minutes behind one customer to be told that they had no white meat chicken. Asked how long the wait would be, the cashier yelled to someone in the back who yelled out they had no white meat chicken, only dark meat. At 5:15 pm. Very disappointed. read more
