While still at the window, she checked the bags and realized the BBQ sauce she paid for was missing. When she mentioned it, the employee opened the window again with the same dismissive, rude tone and handed her ketchup instead. No apology. No correction. This isn't just poor service -- it's a complete lack of professionalism and care. Fast food can be a tough job, I understand that, but there's no excuse for treating customers with this level of disrespect. I truly hope management sees this and takes it seriously. No one should feel stressed or disrespected trying to order dinner.
