I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. It is incredibly clear that there is a massive breakdown in management and basic operations. During recent visits, the kitchen and counter staff were actively arguing with one another in full view and earshot of customers. Instead of focusing on filling orders accurately, employees were bickering over basic tasks like refilling the lobby machines and taking counter orders. It is completely unprofessional to watch staff treat each other poorly while customers are waiting for food. Furthermore, the communication here is non-existent. Staff members regularly ignore customers standing at the counter or redirect you to someone else who doesn't know what's going on. When management fails to train their team or keep order behind the counter, it creates a hostile environment for everyone in the lobby. The owner or corporate needs to step in immediately, look at the recent afternoon shift dynamics, and completely retrain this crew. Until management learns how to run a shift professionally without public conflict, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This isn't about the place nor the service but about the mcCrispy deluxe. Was a huge disappointment. Had a big nasty hard piece in the chicken, which was quite large and the tomatoes and bun was soggy. I'd advise against eating this sandwich. Daughters begged for Happy Meals. So we went and ordered happy meals. 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup on both sides of the bun. Apple Slices. None of that happened. Walked in and was going to ask for their apple slices and 2 ketchup packets to rectify it. Instead the Manager started yelling at me. Telling me to go get their meals even though they had just handed them to me. By the time I got back to my car my 4 year old Autistic child had already ripped the burger in half. Thorough it out the window. She starts yelling I just want free food. I will do it this once. Which was all lies and she listened to me not at all. When I walked back out still missing apple slices. This place can't get an order correct to save a life. The last three times I have been there they have not completed my order correctly. I returned to the inside and the manager behind the counter was rude to me because I was frustrated with incompetence. Just went thru the drive thru this afternoon and I ordered 2 burgers.. A cheeseburger only ketchup and a mcdouble no pickles add Mac sauce. Shouldn't be to hard to make right? Well they messed it up. Like always. I got home they had the stickers on the sandwiches knowing that they're special made and they still messed up.. My mcdouble had the sticker on it but it had lots of pickles on it and hardly any Mac sauce. My 3 yr old daughters cheeseburger only ketchup had a sticker on it as well and it came as a regular cheeseburger.. Come on guys it's not hard to read and double check.. You guys weren't even that busy... And you all want $15 an hour hahaha you all are high if you think deserve that. Customer service sucks... The girl at the first window was kinda grumpy and impatient she kind rushed me and didn't even have a smile on her face. You guys should be happy you even have a job.. They girl at the second window was better. She had a smile on her face and she told me to have a great day. Management needs to work on quality on the makings of the sandwiches. Make sure the employees double check. I mean what if someone was highly allergic and ate it? You guys would be in trouble. Just please make sure quality over quantity. The foods alright that is if you ever get what you ordered. I've stopped by this McDonalds a few times and about 75% of the time they mess up my order and no small mess up. From now on I'm going to the Stanfield McDonalds just out of town they seem to be a lot better. read more
