After being turned away from KFC due to "out of chicken", my wife went to the Hermiston Burger King drive-thru hoping for a simple dinner. Unfortunately, her experience was nothing short of frustrating and disrespectful. From the moment she began placing her order, the employee taking it was extremely pressuring -- cutting in with a rushed "Anything else?" after every item, barely giving her a second to speak. She politely asked them to slow down and explained that she doesn't do well under pressure, but the same rude, rushed tone continued throughout the order. When she pulled up to the window, she was handed three full bags of food at once with no regard for whether she could carry them safely. She told the employee she was going to drop them if they kept being handed like that, and was met with attitude and a scoff -- again, unnecessarily rude. While still at the window, she checked the bags and realized the BBQ sauce she paid for was missing. When she mentioned it, the employee opened the window again with the same dismissive, rude tone and handed her ketchup instead. No apology. No correction. This isn't just poor service -- it's a complete lack of professionalism and care. Fast food can be a tough job, I understand that, but there's no excuse for treating customers with this level of disrespect. I truly hope management sees this and takes it seriously. No one should feel stressed or disrespected trying to order dinner. read more

My young daughter got a plain whopper jr. and somehow got jalapeños on it?! Nothing in my order had jalapeños and there is no excuse for the workers to have gotten it wrong like that, I've also seen pictures of bugs in the window sills. The Hermiston Burger King service is fast & courteous. However, they can't seem to be able to get my order right. I have ordered Whoppers with extra onions & mayonnaise but there is never any extra put on. Tonight I ordered them with Double extra onions & mayonnaise. Result: extra lettuce, but no extra onions or mayonnaise. However, I did get to pay an extra 50 cents Fo the privilege of being pissed off when I got home! Ordered the mix and match fish and chicken sandwich and a side order of bacon cheese tots. Found a small hair in my tots and a long hair in my spicy chicken. The fish sandwich is the only one that made it through as far as I know without hairs lol. Lunch over. Otherwise I'd take it back. read more

This Hermiston Burger King should stay closed until they can train their staff on what a burger should look like. This is the worst Burger King ever. I'm a huge Burger King fan and it's one of my favorite fast food chains. HOWEVER, this one is trash. Number one, their soda is always flat and nobody likes a flat soda, tf. Second, their burgers are so sloppy and look like they were slapped together in two seconds. I've been told parking customer service for 10 years and never have I ever seen someone talk the way 2 of the employees were talking to me. I ordered a Impossible Whopper, I've been a meatless eater for 8 years. After we pulled forward and paid we were asked to parked around the corner, at the door, to wait for our food to be brought out because the "sausage was still cooking". So we parked and we waited and waited...10 minutes later, we are still waiting---with no sign of food coming out. I pulled around front and parked and went inside with my receipt, while still waiting for my food at counter, I noticed the employee working the grill was eating food, while preparing the food! Once I got the food it was missing the hashbrowns---went back in the store and asked for the hashbrowns!!! Once back in the car I opened the sandwiches to inspect them only to find they gave me two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches instead of one bacon, egg and one sausage (the sausage I was waiting for because it was "still cooking"). After realizing this it had been over a half hour since I had initially placed my order and I just wanted to GTFO of there. This location in Hermiston, OR is crap and I will not be back, there were 8-10 employees staffed at this location today and there is NO reason any of this should have happened.
