Panda Express - Sharing some chow mein noodles! - Chinese Near Me - Hermiston, Oregon

The lady at the drive thru window, is very rude and impatient. Also, I tried ordering to different entrees and they both were a 10 minute wait. They barely have anyone there and they were out of very simple items, it seems they are very lazy and do not care and need training. read more

I love eating with my hands, I prefer it actually. And the employees here know that so they save me the trouble of fighting the urge to use a fork. read more

Food good employers friendly but man, they can't get an order correct. This has happened several times now. Good cheap food but it's a surprise what you're gonna get. read more

I've ordered from here twice and BOTH times there's been hair in my food! it's fucking disgusting wear a hair net!

We told the lady we wanted a bowl and they messed up and gave me a plate after repeating we wanted a bowl and gave me 4 pieces of honey shrimp this is ridiculous. read more

The portions are the worst here and the staff is very rude. There were literally 4 pieces of chicken in my sweet fire chicken. What a joke!! The service here is bad and management is pretty rude. Probably won't be coming back. You should have never opened in Hermiston if this is the best you could do. The stores in Tri-Cities are not like t read more

Panda Express - Chinese Near Me - Hermiston, Oregon

The food isn't all terrible, the chow mein noodles are always overly greasy though. The service I've received has never been terrible but once there is a couple people in front of you it takes foreverr. The place looks nice but I wouldn't recomen eating here regularly read more

Food was old and it was peak times even! Didn't know you could mess up a food chains' chow mein but these guys did. No flavor! We bought the family feast deal and they gave us 2 forks and forgot our sauces. Luckily we reminded them of the sauces. Lol. Once we soaked our food in teriyaki we were able to bare it with our fingers. Hermiston memories! read more

So sad to say I won't be coming here again. I ordered three plates plus veggie rolls and Rangoons. Neither rolls nor rangoons made it into my sack. The three plates, one was beef & broccoli with mushroom chicken. There was one piece of beef with a pile of broccoli laid on top. Both of the other plates had hardly any meat (one and one half pieces). I work hard and very occasionally eat out, BIG mistake coming here. If you're out of something just say so, don't barely put any food but add a pile of extra noodles. read more

As far as Panda's go, his is 5 stars. Of course it's rice and noodles and sugar chicken but what do you expect? read more

First bite of my teriyaki chicken got a nice big hair! Won't be eating there again. Long black hair. Mine is blonde. read more

Awful, cold, no flavor in the rice. What the hell is going on at this store. The Homey Walnut Shrimp was ok but the Kung Poa Chicken and the rice and the noodles were not really even edible. read more

Love me some Panda Express!!! Imagine how excited I was when I learned of a Hermiston location opening. I've given the newly opened restaurant a few months to get things right, staff trained etc. After my meal today though it's unlikely I'll go back locally, the portions were definitely smaller then I've ever been served, orange chicken was crunchy in a bad way. The rice was dry and bland, I would love if they could match the quality I've had at other Panda's. I have other Chinese options in town that I'll revisit :( read more

I live almost 50 miles away and go to Panda Express whenever I'm in Hermiston. Generally the food is amazing and so is the service... however today, I ordered in the drive through and was asked to park out front at 12:40 p.m. After sitting for 10 minutes I went in to check on my order, not finished cooking. (I didn't ordered anything unique) Another 10 minutes and walking to the gas station next door for a drink, I decided to go in and ask for a refund. I was met just inside the door by a worker who basically shoved my food at me. No apology for waiting 20 minutes ... nothing. read more

The workers are rude and there is garbage all over the ground! They should worry more about cleaning the place then harassing customers!!

Food is pretty decent I get it's a fast food type! But everytime I have gone through drive threw there is never any teriyaki sauce. I understand shortages but if one of your main entrees is TERIYAKI CHICKEN don't you think you would have TERIYAKI SAUCE to go with it? read more

We have ordered a few times now through the drive thru and have no complaints. Our go-to is the family meal with orange chicken, broccoli beef and teriyaki chicken. Staff is always quick and friendly and our food has always been hot and delicious. Glad to have this available in Hermiston. read more

If I could give a 0 I would y'all don't know customer service nor do y'all get a single order right I've been there tuna and time again and never get what I ordered read more

I wanted to give it a try, I have had Panda Express in the tricities and it was pretty good. The Hermiston location however was not up to par. Broccoli beef had no beef practically, cold hard orange chicken, flavorless chow mien and rice. Cheese Rangoon was overcooked. Safeway Chinese food is better. read more

Drove by the place first week or so could not even get in the door finally seen it empty went in very disappointing looked a lot like Safeway deli only i think Safeway is better read more

The staff is always so rude, my food is always old & cold ! Who wants to eat that ?? I love panda but this one is a disgrace.

Very difficult ordering with esmerelda, pushy to get us out of the drive through and can't add a soda to an existing order at the window????

Ordered takeout here twice and both times orders were incomplete. One time they put an empty To-go box in the bag with the food and quantity written on it. But, no food in it. When I returned to pick up the missed item I was treated like it was a burden for them to serve me. Customer service is a thing of the past. read more

I had never been to a Panda Express, and my first trip to this new business in Hermiston. OR was less than stellar. It is an express lane, but can't say much more about the food. The not fried rice had no flavor, and the broccoli beef had not cooked broccoli & beef that had the texture of something from the freezer. The mushroom chicken was better, but still very bland and zucchini seemed only slightly cooked. It is fast food, edible, but the plate with 2 entrees & 1 side was not worth the over $8 I paid. This wad $4.50-$5 fast food, that could not be compared to a good restuarant quality meal. Very disappointed. read more

2nd time getting take out there. I can sum it up in one word....NASTY! What a great way to fill your garbage can. Under cooked noodles and food was cold when I received it. Paid with a $50 and received five $5 dollar bills in change. All in all it sucks read more

My spouse and I stopped in to the new panda express in Hermiston for the first time. It will be our last. We have eaten at many Panda Expresses throughout California, and the Hermiston restaurant is sub par. The broccoli beef... Beef was so grisselly that we finally just spit out the meat because it wasn't soft enough to swallow. Our jaws began to get tired from chewing. Ugh! The orange chicken did not taste good. The pepper chicken however, was cooked beautifully. That dish is not good enough to bring us back in through the doors. They piled the to go box with the side order, in our case, the rice, and then were skimpy with the other side dishes. They only filled the containers for sauces, a quarter of the way up. Again, SKIMPY! We will not be eating there ever again. Very sad. read more

1 star is by far a higher rating than deserved. Now I've ate & enjoyed Panda Express numerous times IN TRICITIES. Panda Express opened in hermiston & I figured I wouldn't have to travel far to grab a bite anymore. I walked in hungry af & as I was telling the employee what I wanted on my 3 entree plate, Chow Mein, honey walnut shrimp, & before I can even say broccoli beef, another employee comes from behind the girl serving me & SNATCHES the plate from her. LITERALLY takes it away to COUNT THE SHRIMP she served me & takes ONE, LITERALLY ONE SHRIMP OUT. Broccoli Beef was my next choice, which really should have just been called UNCOOKED BROCCOLI & NO BEEF. At this point I was debating if I should even pay because the finished plate (3 entree) ended up looking like i ordered for a toddler. THE FOOD HAD NO FLAVOR, BEYOND BLAND & NO SAUCE ON BROCCOLI BEEF OR HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP. idk if any one there has Ever set foot in a Panda Express, let alone ate there because my experience was BEYOND HORRIBLE. NOT like the other locations I've been at. Officers were present also because management was even having altercations with other unhappy customers. PANDA EXPRESS in HERMISTON SUCKS. Commute to Tricities Wa, or save your money & find another restaurant to eat at. read more
