Very disappointing service. I ordered a simple burger with no condiments, which should have been an easy order to get right. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly, and the service overall was not what I expected. It's frustrating when a basic request isn't followed, especially when the order is straightforward. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to customer requests and improve the service going forward. Instead of correcting the order they elected to give a refund, due to the staff indicating they were to busy to correct the order. read more

Went through for lunch and the kid wanted a grilled cheese. What we were given was a sandwich made of 2 stale, over toasted slices of sourdough and 1 slice of cheese. You could break a tooth on it. What could Improve? You connect the dots. read more

I came by to get a bacon burger the other day and something for the kids. There was a mix up with mine and another customer's order. I asked if they could remake my food since it had been touched already. They said fine. An employee, S*rah, joked behind my back about spitting in my food with another employee. They were both laughing. I was too afraid to eat my food after that. read more

Well, I used to like the teriyaki bowls at the Hermiston Jack In The Box. I will never get one again. Here is why: I have noticed a significant lowering in the amount of broccoli and chicken over the last few months. Two days ago, I got one and it had NO chicken, a few splinters of broccoli, and no teriyaki sauce. So basically, I got a cheap plastic bowl filled with white rice. Pretty damned expensive for rice if you ask me! Never again. read more

Now the normal price was 6.98 each for two burgers and one friend for 3.19?????? They need to hire ??????? Also no sauce on the buns!!! Burger doesn't fit the bun and you get a 1/2 lb. Of lettuce. sad Jack in the box. Not like any others. read more

While this location is decent like just about any other decent Jack in the Box you would find some employees are questionable. I had one employee actually grab my phone out of my hand at the drive through window and walk away with it. They came back in about 10 seconds, but the fact that they had the nerve to do that in the first place. Than come to find out as per Aaron Miller the District Manager for this location there is no issue with Jack in the Box employees grabbing customer property out of their hands without permission. In his words, "it is not a big deal". Not cool man, you should respect other peoples personal property. read more

3 Times in a row now I have gone to jack in the box and have been given the wrong order. The first couple times I shrugged it off but this is happening every time I go now. I ordered 4 tacos and an order of churros and instead they gave me an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and curly fries which I'm fine with since it's 4 times what I ordered. Still, it would be nice to eat what I actually ordered. read more

This place is disgusting. Not only do they take over 15 minutes for each order, they're not wearing masks during the height of the Delta Variant and are probably playing a huge role in this towns very high covid rates. Their food is disgusting, their management is disgusting, and their employees are untrained children left alone to manage without an actual capable adult. Doing Door Dash for them is another matter entirely. They never have the orders bagged and you're stuck waiting over half an hour to even get to the window and then they go and take 10 minutes to put the food in a bag. Someone pay these people enough to have a clue how to get things done! read more

I have called on multiple occasions and been told that this location is 24 hrs. In the last 3 months every time I have gone past 10 pm this location has a car parked in the drive through and has locked the doors read more

Every order gets messed up.nothing is cooked properly. Unfortunately its the only jack nearby.they really could do better

Sad to day this was one of the worst fast food places that I have patronized. We walked in to hear loud voices on back. Sounded like high school kids playing around. We were greeted by a guy with his shirt tail. Our order took a very long time to get despite there were no other customers. (Should have been a clue) My fries were cold and my sourdough burger was very dry and tasteless. I will have to say the wait staff were friendly but clearly not trained. The strawberry shake had good flavor but once again the wait was ridiculously long despite the fact that no other person was being served. read more

This place has rude staff who act like they the queen of the ghetto and was really rude even after I asked them what the f there problem was with the manager right there not saying a word honestly corporate needs to investigate this one read more

I used to like Jack in the box!!! They have the worst customer service especially around in Hermiston. Fries were cold, salty, and burgers were smashed. Called restaurant and supposedly the "manager" if she is one, had bad customer service as well after telling her about the order she hanged up on me did not even try to solve the issue. Only by saying that fries are good for 5 minute. WOW!! read more

Stopped in for lunch, had a coupon and the gentleman who waited on us was amazing ( not sure if he was the manager). I haven't gotten customer service like that in this town for a long time. Would definitely come back again just for customer service read more

Long waits in the drive thru. The soda always tastes funky from here. I had a friend who worked here and said that they turn down the carbonation or the syrup to save money. However breakfast is served all day and you can't beat that in Hermiston. read more
