Very disappointing service. I ordered a simple burger with no condiments, which should have been an easy order to get right. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly, and the service overall was not what I expected. It's frustrating when a basic request isn't followed, especially when the order is straightforward. I hope the staff can pay closer attention to customer requests and improve the service going forward. I asked if they could remake my food since it had been touched already. They said fine. An employee, S*rah, joked behind my back about spitting in my food with another employee. The day crew are amazing the young rude brats they have work the late shift are horrible I ordered poppers 2 orders and they cooked all the cheese out of them and they were very burnt I didn't realize this until I got home I tried to call the store at first it rings someone answers and I say hello can I talk to a manager someone says in the background hang up on them and the lone goes dead. Well, I used to like the teriyaki bowls at the Hermiston Jack In The Box. I will never get one again. Here is why: I have noticed a significant lowering in the amount of broccoli and chicken over the last few months. Two days ago, I got one and it had NO chicken, a few splinters of broccoli, and no teriyaki sauce. So basically, I got a cheap plastic bowl filled with white rice. Order two steak house burgers, no bacon, burger only and was charged 3.98 each and one order of fries for 3.19 and the total came to $17.17 now someone needs to figure this one out????? We are from out of town. We have tried calling them and their phone has been busy since yesterday when we have tried !!!!!! While this location is decent like just about any other decent Jack in the Box you would find some employees are questionable. I had one employee actually grab my phone out of my hand at the drive through window and walk away with it. They came back in about 10 seconds, but the fact that they had the nerve to do that in the first place. Than come to find out as per Aaron Miller the District Manager for this location there is no issue with Jack in the Box employees grabbing customer property out of their hands without permission. 3 Times in a row now I have gone to jack in the box and have been given the wrong order. The first couple times I shrugged it off but this is happening every time I go now. I ordered 4 tacos and an order of churros and instead they gave me an ultimate bacon cheeseburger and curly fries which I'm fine with since it's 4 times what I ordered. This place is disgusting. Not only do they take over 15 minutes for each order, they're not wearing masks during the height of the Delta Variant and are probably playing a huge role in this towns very high covid rates. Their food is disgusting, their management is disgusting, and their employees are untrained children left alone to manage without an actual capable adult. Doing Door Dash for them is another matter entirely. They never have the orders bagged and you're stuck waiting over half an hour to even get to the window and then they go and take 10 minutes to put the food in a bag. Sad to day this was one of the worst fast food places that I have patronized. We walked in to hear loud voices on back. Sounded like high school kids playing around. We were greeted by a guy with his shirt tail. Our order took a very long time to get despite there were no other customers. (Should have been a clue) My fries were cold and my sourdough burger was very dry and tasteless. I will have to say the wait staff were friendly but clearly not trained. I used to like Jack in the box!!! They have the worst customer service especially around in Hermiston. Fries were cold, salty, and burgers were smashed. Called restaurant and supposedly the "manager" if she is one, had bad customer service as well after telling her about the order she hanged up on me did not even try to solve the issue.
