Very Very slow service, always a 15-25 minute wait, as a customer and longer with Doordash

Went to this location today and the service was very very poor. We went up to the front counter to get help, but no one acknowledged us. So we did the kiosk, which was not an easy thing to do. Placed our order and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally, Vicky came and wanted to know if we were going to pay cash, which our order said we were paying cash and informed us that until we paid for the order they would not start it which was a very large order. Vicki was very rude and had another gal. Wait on us after that. Who was very friendly and accommodating. Our experience with Vicky and this location was not a good one. read more

I wish I could give negative stars.. I'm really getting tired of coming thru drive thru and not getting what I ordered. I ordered 3 burrito Supremes, 1 nacho taco supreme, and a Pepsi.. my nacho taco supreme was only a nacho taco, so I paid for the supreme, but didn't get a supreme and none of my burrito Supremes had lettuce.. I mean thats crazy its like $5 each for those burrito Supremes . I paid almost $24 for my bill. I tried calling repeatedly over the last hour because I live in Irrigon.... And I didn't find out till I got home... but nobody will answer the phone.. called repeatedly!! Update. I attempted to call them for almost 3 hrs all I got was ringing at it kept sounding like it would go to fax after that. Shame on them. Im done with this Taco bell! U guys need to get your things together because you're running a business like its your own personal clubhouse. The manager or supervisor Catherine multiple times when I've been there has been exceptionally rude to both other workers and customers. Went in a month ago while she was working to pick up a order I had scheduled for 1:15 to pick up and didn't get the food until 1:50 ish and there were things missing! So we had to wait another 10 or so minutes for them to get it right. Catherine was yelling at staff and then yelled at my boyfriend because he tried telling them that his order wasn't right. Today we went through drive through around 4:40 pm and me and my boyfriend could hear and see her yelling at her staff once again. We made a complaint about her the first time. Was not to hungry but craving a taco, so decided to run to Taco Bell. When I pulled into the drive through there was one car in front of me. As I was checking the menu with my window down I could hear the driver carrying on a conversation with someone inside and it didn't seem to have anything to do with ordering as they were talking about partying and other inappropriate conversation for a workplace. When he finally finished his conversation he just pulled on out, never did order anything. As I pulled up to the window a few of the staff were throwing food items back and forth, hopefully not someone's food. When I did get home my tacos were sad, the shells were cold and tasted stale. I ordered 3 ground meat Supreme Burritos and 9 mild sauce packets. What I got was 3 bean burritos & 5 sauces. Last night i was disrespected by the staff bc i refused to return to the drive thru after being there 35 mins, i didnt have another 35.. i asked for ONE TACO that was missing or a refund for it and it took them 10 mins to come up with the idea to make the damn taco.. this morning however i was pleasantly surprised by the manager who refunded me the taco bc i could not eat it. I don't know what is going on at this Taco Bell location but all my food I received and paid for was cold. I didn't have a long wait. I also did not receive any hot sauce I requested. This Taco Bell is a complete joke. The cheese is never melted on their burritos because the food is always cold and they can never wrap it so it doesn't squirt all over your shirt when you take a bite into it. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location probably because it's the only Taco Bell close by and I keep hoping for something better. Since the reviews are so bad you would think they would see the issue and fix it. They messed up our order once again and and we got approval to have our order fixed and when we went to have it fixed they wouldn't do it for us. So we have to drive back-and-forth and waste money on gas to fix something that should have been done correctly to begin with. Do better Taco Bell. You stink! read more

Stopped in today for lunch. Let us stand at the front counter waiting to place our order for 5 to 10 before they said you have to use the kiosk because our register doesn't work! Ok then! There were 6 ppl inside besides my husband and I. We placed our order. Ppl continue d to come in. We place an order of 4 of the new crispy tacos they have been advertising. They literally do NOT deserve even1 star! My husband and I took a seat and began the wait of 20 minutes! I then got up and went back to the counter, with a door dash man waiting for someone to acknowledge him so he could tell them what he was there for. Not 1 of the 5 employees plus the manager would acknowledge him till approximately 5-7 mins later he leaned over the counter and told them he was a door dash waiting for the order of someone. They never even asked me nothing! The absolute worst customer service I believe I have ever experienced in my 63 years! True story! While I had been sitting at the table and the time I was standing at the counter I had been rethinking our choice, because the Hermiston Oregon Taco Bell is literally and absolutely filthy dirty and disgusting!! After 7 minutes of me standing and waiting for help my usually quiet husband came up, raising his voice to get anyone's attention that was an employee there, he told them to "cancel my order and give me my money back. We have been here way longer than we should have for 4 tacos! We were looking at filth every part of that taco bell! There was some nasty liquid like substance oozing out from under the drive up window pop machine and it had been there no telling how many days! That is the filthiest fast food I have ever experienced! It actually needs to be closed until something is done about cleaning it up!! We will literally never go back there ever!! This Taco Bell SUCKS it took an hour in drive thru with only twelve cars in front of me and when waiting I watched at least 15 cars turn around and leave due to how long had sat there! So...ive waited weeks for the bell. Usually its lunch. But i drive truck so, no go covid. I go in tonight and im ordering and this " dick" a employee interupts me half wzy through my ordering to chew out a new guy. The guy taking my order. This guy who is "john the manager i find out later just proceeds to belittle and chastise the guy to no end. Then " john" proceeds to go to the corner table and set up camp and continue his "important" cell call. Mean while the rest of the crew, SLAMMED, continues on. Last night at around 9:30 I waited in the drive through for 40 minutes. 33 of those minutes were before had I even ordered. Even after being patient throughout the long but rather frustrating wait I was still trying to be nice about it when I finally was able to speak to an employee. When I asked if there was anything wrong going on in the store that might be slowing their drive-thu flow down, hence the extremely long wait, they responded and acted as if everything was normal. Then the employee that I was speaking to told me to hold on and went to get his manager. I didn't catch either of their names but the manager that was on shift came to the window and I explained to him that I waited for 40 minutes and that was the longest time I had ever waited in a drive-thu. Then started blaming all of the customers that were in line before me for the wait being so long. Next he began having a poor attitude towards me. I have worked in fast food before so I can be understanding if there are problems that arise that are out of the employees control but I was very disappointed with how they handled this situation. Normally at times like that the manager is supposed to try and make the customer happy by offering something to make their experience better like a free menu item or comp-ing their meal. Instead he acted very poorly. I ended up just leaving without my food because I can't support a business that's being ran like that. Before I drove away I told him I'm never coming back there again and he said, "okay I don't really care". Overall, absolute worst drive-thu experience I have ever had in my entire life. Went in yesterday during lunch for school waited for 30 minutes and finally went up to the counter and asked why my order was taking so long. They asked me the name on the order and blatantly told me I didn't have an order. After about 5 minutes they finally found my order and they gave it away to someone in the drive through by accident and didn't even think about who's food they just gave away so I waited another 15 minutes for them to make my food. I hope this is not normal and granted they gave me the food for free but I was not impressed with how long the wait was.
