We can, collectively report, that these are officially our number one favorite tacos we have ever had in the US. We forgot we were in Pendleton for a minute. Everything was so flavorful and moist. Meats all cooked to perfection; we tried Al Pastor, Choriqueso, Adobada, Pollo, and Carne Asada. Tacos were what you'd expect for ingredients with a delicious bonus of being topped with fresh grilled Walla Walla Onions... we were eating the straight up. No one left any on their plate. Walla Walla Burrito is absolutely ridiculous. Like a Mexican BLT or something, just a completely satisfying burrito start to finish. Also- the service was great! Very friendly and helpful. We were heading east on i84 and decided to give it a shot based on yelp; SO GLAD WE DID. Officially will return any chance we are passing by Pendleton. Thank you Chimu's!
