After moving here from AZ, we looked everywhere for authentic Mexican food like Phoenix. Nicos is as real as it gets, everything on there menu is top notch. And if your a spice hound like me, there red sauce will satisfy the all those craving. There service is excellent , though it can get very busy at times, they always take care of you. It's hard to believe there is a taco truck of this caliber in Pendleton. The menu is simple with carne asada, chorizo, pollo, and pork. The beans and rice are INSANELY GOOD! This taco truck would be 5 stars in California. read more

they are incredibly understanding when my card wasn't working I went to get cash and was a dollar short and they said it was all good and they even let me use there hose to give my dog water on a really hot day in genral there a really good place and there food is bomb and is incredible good 10/10 read more

Service was fine but the food was terrible. We ordered 4 steak tacos and 4 pork tacos. The meat was bland and the texture was as if it had been soaked in water prior to cooking. The steak literally tasted like dog food, to the point that I couldn't eat it. And The green Salsa was pretty but had absolutely zero flavor. I would give this place no stars if I could.
