The staff in the ballroom were working hard, but there weren't enough of them. Drink refills were slow, and follow up after food arrived was almost non-existent. The ballroom is ok if you into relatively loud music - karaoke was that night, but it was cold there. The seating around the outside of the ballroom is also not ideal - the tables are situated too far from the wall benches, and it is not comfortable to eat that way. I'd sit in the restaurant next time. Hopefully with time, they'll get these things straightened out.
