Pizza was outstanding and ready in a timely manner. At this point strictly a takeout spot but very good!

I order a pizza with Jalapeños only on one side with anchovies. Did not get what I ordered. Disappointed!

Great service. Lovely staff. My order was accurate. Pizza and salads were only mediocre.

Probably some of the worst pizza I've ever had. It doesn't even taste like pizza. And waaay overpriced. 2 pies and a salad over $60

I have never had a Hawaiian Pizza that tasted like this. Best ever. I think there was sugar sprinkled on it. I can't wait to order again.

We decided to give it another chance tonight and ordered takeout, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, they haven't. The person taking our order read it back to us three different times, and it was still wrong. Our order was over $90 and included a large pizza, Chicken Marsala with fettuccine (which we even paid an upcharge for), and Chicken Parmesan. We asked if we could substitute the included salads for Caesar salads, even if we had to pay the difference, but were told they no longer allow substitutions. That was disappointing but understandable, so we ordered a separate Caesar salad instead. When we got home, the Chicken Marsala had no fettuccine--and in fact, no pasta at all, despite paying extra for it. The Marsala sauce was so watery it looked more like broth than sauce, and it came with only two small pieces of chicken. The chicken was tough and honestly some of the worst we've ever had. It was completely inedible. The Chicken Parmesan wasn't any better, and neither meal was eaten. The pizza was just okay, but since the two entrées were inedible, there wasn't enough food for the four of us. For over $90, this was an extremely disappointing meal. We gave this restaurant another chance after years away, but unfortunately, it reminded us why we stopped coming in the first place.

Family from cold NJ visiting for Valentine's Day. We were able to make a reservation here for five,…read moreand since our men were still golfing, this was Galentine's for us! Two women and three girls! Venice Avenue was crowded on this gorgeous early evening. I had chosen this restaurant due to its great Gluten-free options and kids' menu. Wow--did it deliver on those with a most attentive server. This is classic Italian comfort food--and the GF versions were excellent. Especially the GF pizza and focaccia. I had the regular Lasagna with Bolognese and it was yummy! Yes, there may be a more "gourmet" fine dining Italian place down the street, but Made in Italy did a great Valentine's feast for us. The entire restaurant was packed and the vibes of love were everywhere! And the server was so sweet to our 6 year old twins and 4 year old sister! And BTW the cucumber skinny martini was fabulous!

We were pleasantly surprised to find 2 HUGE rice balls and they were delightful! The sausage and cheese were a perfect combination. The Caprese salad was very good. As for the pizza. I wish we'd eaten there because by the time we got home, it wasn't crispy anymore; but the combination of flavors, including the crust, was excellent. They even included sliced bread with oil & vinegar for dipping. We will definitely return on our next trip to Venice! Delizioso!

Don't judge a book by its cover, you'll miss this place if you aren't looking for it. But trust me,…read moreyou do not want to miss it. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and whether you sit inside or outside, you're in for something special. Now for the best part... the pizza. We eat pizza about once a week and it's my husband's favorite food. We brought our granddaughter with us, and pizza is her favorite too. She immediately knew what she wanted: mushrooms and pepperoni. Done. As for us? We had no idea where to start. We ordered the Wise Guy: vodka sauce base, sesame seed crust, spicy soppressata, ricotta, fresh basil, and Calabrian chili hot honey. We also asked our server for their favorite recommendation and ordered the Vodka-Roni: vodka sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, burrata cheese, and fresh basil. Were we dreaming? This is hands down the best pizza we have ever had anywhere in the world. New York pizza? Sorry... step aside. You've officially been removed from our top three. They are now #1. This was the most flavorful pizza we have ever eaten. I'm usually not particularly picky about pizza. My husband, however, is a pizza connoisseur. Going forward, every pizza will now be judged against these. We live in Polk City and only travel down this way every few months or so, but this place is now officially a destination. We would absolutely go out of our way for this pizza. And can we talk about the sesame seed crust? Where have you been all my life? Absolute genius. The staff were incredibly kind, full of suggestions, helpful with leftovers, and made the experience even better. And finally... the chocolate-dipped cookies. Wow. Some places serve pizza. This place serves an experience.
