Good crust and tasty pizza. To me the pizza dough makes the pizza. If it is too bready or does not have a bit of a chewy texture then I usually pass. We had the basic pepperoni and also a pineapple and canadian bacon. Both were good. Having relocated to the area recently we needed to find a local pizza shop and I believe Pop's is it. My daughter said the font of the business lettering gives you Pizza Planet vibes right away... and to the moon we went... A simple menu to read. Sizes then toppings. They also offer wings and salads if that's your thing too. They offer regular and thin crust. A friendly tip that the regular crust is already thin... I ordered an XL pie with pepperoni and mushrooms and jalapeños on one side. Some of the things I'm judging are the crust, and the toppings in totality (sauce and cheese primarily). The crust was cooked perfectly and the sauce and cheese didn't leak through, which doesn't allow the crust to flop. El presidente Portnoy would've approved of it. They used the proper amount of sauce and good cheese ratios which allows both to come through in each bite. The cheese was great because it wasn't chewy like the mozzarella cheese on Grimaldi pizzas. The sauce tasted like good quality San Marzinos. This place is a great place to start the quest and is going to be a tough act to follow.... EP Pizza Snob score is an easy 9.2/10. we loved pops pizza , had it at least every other week since they opened. unfortuna after these last few weeks we might start going to speedy's. it started with 2 rude employees , and now they seem to not be worried about getting orders wrong. we even went as far as to mute everyone and everything in the house so they had no background noise , and tonight we ordered medium pizzas with one small thin crust and received all SMALL pizzas instead. read more

I have no idea how they produce such good pizza at such a low price. This isn't fancy hipster pizza. It's just solid regular pizza done exceptionally well and at surprisingly low price. Crust is medium thickness but very good and flavorful (coming from a thin-crust lover.) Sauce and cheese blend equally delicious. I had the pepperoni and it was delicious. Reheated just as deliciously the next day. Standard size was less than $7, I believe. I'm only sorry I didn't try the wings as well. Staff was smiling and friendly. I'll be back! I picked up to-go. I've had this place twice and both times I was very impressed. The hand tossed crust is fairly thin and the outer crust is done well, not too crunchy or chewy. The sauce to toppings ratio is good, and the pizza isn't too greasy. Simple pizza done really well. I hope this place sticks around a long time because I think it beats the national chain stores and most local joints. read more

I stopped by here while visiting from Las Vegas.I got a medium jalapeño and pineapple pizza. I only intended on having a few slices but I ate the entire thing in one sitting. It was the best pizza I've ever had. The crust was perfect. The cheese was perfect. I even like the way he cut the jalapeños in small pieces. Sad that there's not a location back home. This place has the best crust! It's always ready quick and they have a drive thru window that's super convenient so you don't have to get kids out of the car to pick up your food. They're really nice and even give my kids packs of fruit snacks whenever we come. read more
