The walls are also lined with wine bottles and other Medieval style decor. I go the CUBAN Sandwich and it was pretty solid. Panini style with the pulled pork and ham and cheese but it was weirdly off. I can't tell if the meat was just too dry or if the flavors of all the different items just didn't mesh well but it wasn't the best sandwich I've had. The fries that came with it were just okay. Nothing to write home about. I will try to come back on a date at some point and try to get an overarching experience but until then, 4 stars.

The kitchen remains one of the very best in El Paso -- frankly far superior to Anson 11, which too often feels overrated and inconsistent. The fresh Ahi Tuna was outstanding. The bone marrow was exquisite in both refinement and flavor, rich and literally melting in my mouth. The Branzino was cooked to perfection. Add a great bottle of Champagne Crystal Roederer Rose with a perfectly balanced French Martini, and the evening became close to flawless. I Mesa Street Grill still knows how to deliver a true dining experience. We will absolutely be back. Although this location has been stuck in the longest construction era, once you make it up to the hill you're in the parking lot of the theater. This drafthouse is super nice compared to other locations i've been to in other cities as they have a full blown bar with ample restaurant-style seating. You can grab a drink, enjoy their draft beer lineup, or have a bite before you eventually head into the theater to watch your movie. It's easy to get some perks signed up for their membership club and you can purchase your tickets ahead of time or at the ticket counter. Some of my fave food items are their pretzels with beer queso and their pizzas. It's always fun to see what fun and unique menu item names they come up with! All in all, a great movie theater experience.
