This is one of the best shops that I have had serviced on- I had a phone call to a Supervisor name Lea and she was quite helpful the other day. I asked her if she does shipments on call long ago and she said yes, she told me the process because I am from SJ and she said that she never had a problem having a package that is damage. I received my package and she was right!!! She does packaging very very well where everything is all covered and pristine!!! (Go request her for shipping ur stuff lol) I came down to see my sister in SoCal and I got to meet her in person. She is nice and caring and she told me about all the products here. The price wise is a little expensive but worth the price if you like to gamble lol! Minimum blind box is $14.99 and max is around 19.99. I really love it here and there are many varieties of artist in the store. She also said there's a new GC on instagram to join for announcements. I would give 0 if possible. My friend bought labubu through her app and I am here to pickup during the request date(you have to pickup the next day otherwise they will cancel the order). But WTF I cannot use screenshots with QR code to pickup. I showed the worker the screenshot but she touched my screen and found it was a screenshot. The only option I have is either my friend has to pickup or I have to login to my friend's account to show her. WTF????? ?? The WiFi and signal are extremely bad and I have to walk outside to contact my friend and login to her account. Which person came up with this idea should be fired RIGHT AWAY. I agree with the other reviews on customer service. The store's overall customer service is good. However, there's one employee, who I believe is a greeter, that consistently comes across as very unfriendly. Unlike her, the other two employees I interacted with--a man at the register and a woman handling in-store pickup--were both helpful and very welcoming. Every time I'm in Costa Mesa, I have to stop by Pop Mart now. Yeah... I've officially become addicted to mystery boxes :,) Prices range from $15-$180 and everything is so cute! It does get super busy on the weekends and the lanes can be pretty cramped since there's so many things to look at. The employees are helpful but they do charge 0.50 for a paper bag. read more

The girl at the register was very rude. Her seeing that i was carrying a bag said "I assume youre not gonna need a bag!" And when their app was taking too long to load because of the firewalls in the mall, she said "next time have your membership ready!" She never made eye contact, her voice was very condescending. No greet but thank me in a very sarcastic tone. Never had a guest service experience like this before even during my 14 years of managing people and guests. I asked about a phone case and if it could at least fit a iPhone 16 although the case was for a 16 Pro (I didn't care if it fit perfect, I just thought the case was cute) and she basically said she doesn't know and that there's no return or exchanges and took it from my hand. Not to mention if you spend more than $100 you got a free pride bag, she didn't mention it to me at all and when I asked she laughed and said she told me. At least she gave me the free bag still. Located at South Coast across the Bath & Body Works store. I believe Pop Mart is only here temporarily, but you can purchase from the online store (with free shipping as well!) Nothing beats the rush of opening cute blind boxes. My friends and I have been obsessed lately. The store itself is always clean and has several different collections on display. I will never buy from popmart again, I bought a set of hacipupu gummy bears on the popmart app and one of the gummy bears came without its ring. I emailed popmart asking them to send me the ring, but they offered me a ridiculous $3.00 credit instead. I told them that wasn't going to fix the problem that I couldn't attach to my purse without the clip, so I asked to return them if that would be easier for them even though them sending me the clip would have kept them their sale and been easier in the longer run. They finally sent me a prepaid return label and I have returned the hacipupu gummy bears. They have had them back for 28 days now, but I still don't have my refund. Popmart is a lier. They said I would have my refund in 5-10 days, now it's been 28 days with now refund in sight. I paid $190.59 with tax and shipping and handling for those bears. They now have the bears and my money and I have nothing, I will never ever do business with popmart again. One more thing, if you do decide to risk it and do business with popmart as soon as you return something to them and it goes over the 5-10 day limit file with PayPal immediately, if you don't and it goes over 30 days PayPal will deny the claim. Found that out the hard way. Popmart asked me not to file a claim with PayPal, saying that it would take longer that way and I have emails that I will post later proving this. I think popmart knew about the 30 day limit and they were trying to stall. Very shady company. Will go through my emails and post pictures of them on here later. I have lots of them, but I don't have time at the moment to do it. read more

I asked kindly to the asain girl who clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. she was rude to me and my friends saying we don't know how to read the signs saying it was sold out. One girl, I didn't get her name, went above and beyond for me I was getting 6 of the warmth skullpanda series and she opened up a new box for me so I wouldn't get any duplicates. Extremely disappointed!! I've been to this many time but I just had a very unpleasant experience with them. Recently I discovered that they would mix/ fill up pre opened whole box sets together so your chance getting multiples repeat figure from one same box is super high. I never had this issue before with many different blind box stores. Other places and even their website guaranted no-repeat if you purchase from one whole box. They wouldn't allowed to trade or refund so you end up paying for multiple identical figures. They kept going with their "store policy" but customers are completely unaware about any of this. It's ridiculously unfair to customers who had to experience this. I hope store will change their "policy" but for now I don't think I'd ever purchase from their store again read more

I love it here so much! I love the SkullPanda series and collect a ton. I didn't want any duplicates so the two staff in the store helped me by opening three cases to make sure I got what I wanted. I wish I got their names, but I'm so grateful for them! The prices are pretty reasonable considering their high quality and they had a deal going on for the holidays as well. Cute pieces but their customers service and policy is a joke. They mix multiple different 10 pieces box set into one box so you have high chance getting the 2-3same figures. Me and my friend was in this situation 2 times when we both got 2 same figure, so total 4 same pieces figure and they didn't try to resolve the issue. It's funny how you make your customers have higher chance to get same figure in one series and blame on our luck. POP Mart SCP isn't the same as it used to be where we are able to keep holds for products as much- The value is getting pricier. Yesterday morning after the launch, I know, I know it's not necessary and I was heading to my car but I think one of the employee was crying inside her car. Idk if something is personal that happened or the environment. I do love their products, I do love their employees but as someone who used to work in retail, companies can be flawed. So this issue has happened for the 2nd time now that I had to post a bad review here. If you collect these blind box toys, you already know that there's no repeat figure in a whole set. For the last 2 times me and my husband purchased from this store, each of us picked 1 from the whole set and we both got the same figure, 2 times on 2 different days!! The worst part was that the repeat figures we got were the least popular ones of the whole series! Something's really fishy here. We feel being scammed :\ If you guys (Pop Mart) read this and do take opinions from customers, I beg you to not mix up the whole set like that. We shouldn't get the repeat figure if we buy 2 blinds from the same set. Just let people buy all blinds from one set and then bring out another new set. I will never buy single blind boxes from this store anymore. If you buy whole sets or big figures or accessories it's fine but if you buy blinds you might end up being very disappointed like me. read more
