blind box heaven! also has a lot of gifts and toys for babies. parking is extremely easy with it being in a huge plaza. service was solid, nothing special, but it was okay. what allured us here was their smiski trading & sonny angel trading cases!!! they have a few rules but they were simple to follow. some of rules were that there could only be 2 of the same figure at any time. you can trade certain series for certain series, and ofc all figures will be checked for authenticity. i recommend that they expand their cases. by the time we went, any of the figures already had two of each, making it a little difficult to trade. if you are looking for new boxes sonny angels and smiskis in particular, i also recommend you call ahead of time to ask if they have any in stock! as they were all sold out when i went read more

Just giving straight ugly, mean girl I went in and spent money there, and wanted to trade, but she acts like the owner and always butts in when someone nice is helping. They've recently moved and are in a bigger location now. Parking was pretty easy during the weekend. I used to go to their old location to buy jellycat but didn't see a whole lot of jellycat selection during my most recent visit. Betty, the worker, always helps us and is extremely helpful and nice. She always is supportive with all trades and helps me pick out which ones I want. This was my first time visiting this toy store because I was looking for a place to trade my Smiski duplicates. Other trading locations I've been to have had several of the same Smiskis up for trade, but this place had a really good variety of different ones. I don't think I saw the same Smiski more than twice which is fairly rare for a trading place. I brought 3 or 4 Smiskis to trade, and the employee that helped me was really nice and patient while I was deciding what to trade for. The shop was well organized and they had many different things such as blind boxes, fidget toys, plushies, and baby clothes. They did not have the new Smiskis Hipper set when I went, but I saw that the other Smiskis they had in stock were priced at retail value. A lot of other stores in the area have been marking up the prices lately, so this was great to see. Overall, I would definitely come to this place again because of the low prices and the Smiski/Sonny Angel trading section! read more

They have so much stuff! From Sonny Angels, Smiskis, Baby Naci, and so much more. I recommend following their Instagram to see their daily updates to see what they have in stores. Sometimes they do restock on certain products. But high-demand items do sell fast. They offered to trade but they do not take anything that they already have in the case. But they have duplicates in the trading case. I'm not sure if that's their own stocks or someone traded... but they won't take what they already have. And you can only trade within the series. Service is good; they're friendly mom and pop shop. They are a certified Sonny Angel shop so you know you're getting authentic products. read more

I'm a little miffed after this experience. I originally thought this was a cool store and found some fun things for my niece. The toys themselves are interesting and gift-worthy. I bought several items, including an ant farm - not knowing whether I would gift it for Christmas. What changed my impression was having to return something. Their return policy is in-store credit only, which I didn't realize at the time. I don't have kids, and the items they carry for adults are very low class and even downright crude, so the credit wasn't useful. I ended up having to buy another children's item that I won't be able to use until next year or for a future birthday. That's frustrating. If you're a parent or shop here often for kids, this probably won't matter much. But for occasional gift buyers, the return policy is something to be aware of. read more

This toy shop gives super odd vibes. There's zero way to communicate other than by calling. There's no website, no contact information which is wild in 2026. When you enter the store, it's huge but also doesn't make sense? Not sure how to explain it but you don't feel comfortable or warm in there. It lacks esthetic appeal and there's so much of who knows what it doesn't make sense. Their return policy is terrible, they place your items in just a bag ( charging premium prices) there's nothing that makes this place stand out . The employees don't even know the brands they carry and when you request to speak to a manager the manager responds i'm the only person you can contact there's no one else. Just super odd. So disappointing how you guys handled the Needohs today. It was disgusting to see people walk out with up to 18 items per person since you allowed up to 2 per style while having the line so so long knowing that most people wouldn't get any. They were even allowing families to get multiples. I had asked the staff if they could change the limit because it wasn't fair and they were nothing but rude. It not only showed how many selfish people there are in the world buying that many, but the fact that your store could have monitored it better really is a bummer. I just wanted 3 for my kids as they wanted them for birthday gifts. Then I asked for the owner and manager information, but they would not give it to me. My favorite is the sign on your register saying "be nice or leave", your store needs to take that advice! Good luck running a business like this! I went to this place about 2 weeks ago to buy smiskis and my experience was good, the younger workers were kind and helpful. Then I went back today and this older lady worker (i didnt get her name) was rude to my friend and I. We wanted to weigh some smiskis before buying but she told us that the store doesn't allow weighing. Then she took the smiskis away from us. I was confused because I was allowed to weigh them before buying the last time I was there. I asked why we weren't allowed to (out of curiosity) and she had lied to us by saying that the smiski company didn't want people to weigh them. There was never an official message from the company saying that customers weren't allowed to weigh the boxes. I can respect store rules and I'm not upset that we weren't allowed to weigh them. I am upset at how we were treated by this worker. Once she said no to us weighing them, she didn't ask us if we were going to still buy them, she just took it away from us. I also don't appreciate being lied to, she could've just said that they don't want people weighing them. I will not be coming back due to this rude employee. read more

I will never shop here ever again and I am reporting this business to the attorney general's office. I purchased a pokemon box, walked out to my car then realized the business had gouged the price $30 above retail from other other places. I went back 3-5 minutes later to return and the store manager explained to me how blind boxes are final sale and there are NO returns (only store credit) THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED PRE SALE. CA law states you MUST disclose final sales BEFORE sale and I asked why this wasn't told to me and Adolfo said "well you didn't ask" and that I can do "whatever I want" about CA law IT DOESN'T MATTER / Most retail stores have average 30 day return policy's and if there ever is a final sale, then I am always told by other stores. This is not the case here and he refused to budge. The box is unopened and untampered with. I'm looking forward to my report to the attorney general and their resolution. read more
