Tried to book an appointment via Class Pass because I'm in the market for a new lash tech. I wanted to try something simple: a lash lift, no tint. Booked and confirmed a Friday appointment via Class Pass at the beginning of the week. Then about half a day before my slot, they canceled with no explanation. I've been using CP for more than a year and if a business ever needed to cancel, they sent me a courtesy note via email and at least offered to reschedule. None of that consideration was extended with this business, which I don't appreciate. If they are unavailable or not interested in treating CP-clientele with the same consideration as others, it tells me enough to take my time and money elsewhere. read more
