It's interesting that your entire response focuses on whether you can find a name in your records…read morerather than addressing the actual concerns raised. The review wasn't about an appointment dispute, it was about the unprofessional environment that was observed during the visit. Instead of acknowledging those concerns, you immediately labeled the review as "fraudulent" and accused a former employee of writing it without presenting any evidence. That response speaks for itself. Professional businesses address customer feedback, even when it's negative. They don't deflect, speculate about who wrote it, or publicly accuse others. The fact that you chose to do so only reinforces the concerns about professionalism, discretion, and business conduct that were described in the original review. Readers can decide for themselves whether a business owner who responds to criticism with accusations rather than accountability is someone they want to trust with their time and money.

Horrible experience!!! I used to be a regular, always loved…read morehow my eyebrows came out. Owner is snarky and will tell her clients to purposely leave good reviews so BEWARE. About a month ago, I had a technician do my Brazilian wax, she was extremely unprofessional and didn't know what she was doing. I'm a nursing student and have friends who are licensed estheticians so I know the basics of proper hygiene when it comes to these services. This lady was double dipping the wax and switching between hard wax and soft wax. This is extremely unhygienic and poses a threat for an infection. Not only that, but she kept waxing over the same spots because she didn't properly prep the area and she burned and irritated my skin. She also didn't get all the hair in my bikini area. She body shamed me and told me it was my fault for having "a lot of hair" but isn't it your job as a wax specialist considering you offer WAX services? I'm confused? During the wax appointment she had another girl stand in the room with me and made me extremely uncomfortable, didn't even ask for permission or my consent. I reached out to the owner and she basically mentioned I can come back for a free wax. I came in today to request that free wax that the owner and she called me a liar. She never told me I needed to come back in 3-7 days considering I explained the situation, but how can I come back so soon when your technician left me with irritated skin from waxing over the same area more than twice? She yelled at me to get out of her salon today because I came in for a service that she mentioned I would be able to received due to the unprofessionalism from her technician. I'm extremely disappointed in your customer service and how RUDE the owner was. I DO NOT recommend this place, it's cheap for a reason so thank you for your horrible etiquette. You need to clean your salon too, it's disgusting and your attitude is disgusting
