It's cozy and comfortable. This popular spot gets busy and it's easy to see why. The hip decor and good service mixed with excellent drinks makes it apparent why they're so popular. They offer frozen cocktails (my fave) that often change. The craft cocktails are spectacular. The bar menu offers a variety of beer as well. When I made our reservation a month in advance, I noted that we were celebrating our anniversary and asked for the best seating available. Despite arriving on a packed Thursday evening, we only waited about five minutes before being seated. The service was exceptional from the start, with our first round of drinks personally delivered by the lovely boss lady. We started with the Tomatini and the Solstice. I expected the Tomatini to be similar to a Bloody Mary, but it was surprisingly light, slightly sweet, and the basil gave it more of a fresh caprese-inspired flavor. It was unique and delicious. The staff noticed our initial table wasn't ideal for an anniversary celebration and graciously moved us to a much more intimate booth. While we waited for our food, they surprised us with complimentary bacon-wrapped dates and two glasses of bubbly to celebrate. Those thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely special. Thursday specials were another fun surprise. The $10 martinis were fantastic, and I loved the "Girl Dinner" special--a Caesar salad and fries. Cute, simple, and delicious. My $10 Cosmopolitan was excellent. For dinner, we shared the prawns, chili chicken, and lamb lollipops. My husband was especially impressed by the perfectly cooked lamb, but honestly every dish was outstanding. I ended up getting the espresso martini, and then my other person got an old-fashioned. I was asked if I wanted a shot of Bailey's with the espresso martini and that to me would've been way too much. The martini itself was almost kind of smoky. Not your typical kind of very crisp espresso martini had a nice foam on top of it. We also ended up ordering the sliders to go along as we had dinner reservations, and that bacon jam on there is magnificent. The sliders were all juicy and very well put together bun was very soft and the flavor of everything was really good. I would totally go back just for the sliders. Overall the service was great. The views were also quite stunning of downtown and the ambience overall which is very chill. The front part of the bar was actually closed due to a private event so I can imagine getting to take photos on that corner would be really pretty to see.

The food was flavorful and well-executed overall. My only exception was the burrata, as I wasn't a fan of the sauce it was served with. The biggest drawback was the portion sizes. While everything tasted good, the portions felt quite small for the price point. The food is definitely on the expensive side, and I left feeling that the value didn't quite match the cost. That said, the beautiful atmosphere, stunning views, excellent service, and tasty food still made for a great experience. I'd rate it closer to a 3.5, but the incredible staff and ambiance earn it a solid 4 stars.
