i got a key cut and programmed here, a few months later i started experiencing issues with the key. i called hoping to have someone come out or explain what issue was. I received a text back from Lisa blaming me for the issue bc i bought my own key fob, and refusing to provide any help unless i wanted to pay more money. I have since compared the key lisa cut with the original key nissan provided me and can tell the key wasn't cut properly. i put the original key into the fob i bought & haven't experienced any issues since. customer service needs improvement. read more
