I paid for my services on 10/03/2022. Carl came out on 10/19/2022 and cleaned my yard. 11/09/2022 I canceled my services with Poopydoo. Posted my review 11/11/2022 AFTER canceling services. I wish I could say that I stayed with Poopydoo. I had high expectations and looked forward to working with them for their services. Sadly, I canceled my membership with Poopydoo on 11/09/2022. The service that Poopydoo provided was inconsistent. I had my first initial consult regarding service with Matt over the phone. Prices were discussed and they were very honest about their products. Matt explain that they have very good communication skills and that's what they expect also from the customer, working in the medical field communication is my number one so I was super happy that I had found a company that was willing to put communication as their top priority. I was billed on the 1st and the 16th of every month, but was not provided services every two weeks as requested on my quote application and per their intro email that I received starting services. After I tried to communicate with Carl regarding my concerns I was told that the text message when they are on their way, is the only form of communication I will get, that I needed to read the email I received and follow it. Also, they supposedly record conversations but when you request a copy of the recorded conversation they ignore you. -MORE UPDATE- I received some pretty interesting text messages from Carl if i posted a review of my experience. Sorry Sir, you seem to lack education so let me inform your ignorance, we live in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and I am allowed exercise my 1st Amendment right, and thats freedom of speech there buddy. read more

Update 07/9/21 - Company responded and rectified the issues listed below. We did still cancel services but that is due to our travelling and installing a dog run. First Update Poopy Doo was great in the beginning. Responsive, fast and my yard looked amazing. Great with our two dogs. Services started to go downhill after an unfortunate dog bite situation with the technician which I am COMPLETELY understanding of. I thought nothing of it, wished the technician a quick recovery and cleaned my yard myself that week after receiving a refund. I even asked if services would be impacted going forward and got a no. Out of the last month and a half, 3 weeks of service was missed. The company refunded me when requested, but this is a huge issue because service isn't being tracked for customers? If it wasn't for their text ahead and me tracking, I would have never known. I sent a hold request end of the week of June 14 because we were leaving for a month so service wouldn't be needed, no response but then was charged week of June 20th and did not receive services. I was charged again week of June 28th, I sent a cancellation request June 29th and no response and no services. I have sent another escalation to their email to cancel and refund today July 5th (but I do understand today is a holiday so I will wait until Tuesday to call). I cannot recommend this company to others until this service issue gets fixed. I'm not sure if it's because they have limited techs especially being a small family business, but the near zero communication is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I've been a reasonable customer so to have such poor service is very disappointing. read more

When my x girlfriend moved out, she so kindly left all her dogs mess in the backyard for me to deal with. (Months of it!!) Between a husky and a pitbull that's a lot of doo. It's Phoenix and 100 degrees I thought about tidying it up myself once or twice then figured it would be worth the money to have somebody reputable come out and handle it for me. I did some googling one night and came across this company. The reviews were good so I was sold. I set everything up online after hours, including the payment. Super quick and easy. I was happy they were willing to come out where I live which is pretty far, without extra cost. They called me the next day to set up a date and time. I was going to be out of town but that was a none issue. When I arrived back from vacation it was amazing to see how spotless the backyard was. Now I can actually enjoy it back there in the cooler weather without the unsightly mess or smell. They had cleaned up everything, and taken it with them. Couldn't have asked for anything easier. Signed up for poopy doo last week. Their website is super easy to use, and very plainly lays out all the options available (meet and greet for the dog and scooper, same day every week, deodorizing for your patio etc). They ask about your doggo and your house gate, the works. After you sign up, they call you and re ask a few questions, just to be sure, and get to know you and your pup a bit more (Very friendly and easy to talk to, very low pressure with add ones!). The GM actually came out today to scoop for us, and he was very patient and kind! The rake they use kind of freaked out my puppy, and he assured me several times he didn't mind Gus barking while he worked. He took his time going back and forth across the whole yard to ensure he got all of the poop, and when he was done he sat down and pet Gus for a good 5 minutes (with lots of slobbery doggy kisses involved ). He had a mask and gloves on and maintained at least a 6 foot distance the whole time that I was also outside. I absolutely recommend poopy doo! read more

Carl came out to the house and did an unbelievably great job. Not only did the job he do on picking up my dogs waste, he went above and beyond to make sure my yard was spotless. He picked up parts of toys that my dog Jaeger had shredded and also some fruits on the ground that my landscapers had missed. Carl is very accommodating and friendly. He spent some time playing fetch with my dog Jaeger as well. I would highly recommend using Poopydoo as your pet waste clean up service. Provided are some pictures to show just how great of a job Carl did. Carl noticed that my patio tile and walls in my backyard were not properly being maintained by my landscapers. Carl came out to power wash them himself. I was thrilled by the great pricing he offered but also at the amount of high quality work he does in all aspects. I would recommended this company to anyone. Due to a medical issue our yard had gotten out of control. A month ago, it is still well over a 100 degrees outside, I went out to tackle the yard. The heat was bad enough but then I got a blister in the center of my palm the size of a quarter. I decided I needed some help. I got online, found Poopy Do, read some good reviews about them. I filled out the online form for initial clean up. They came out the next day, less than 24 hours later, and cleaned the whole yard. The gentlemen that came out was very friendly, professional, and showed a genuine interest in our fur family. I signed up for the weekly service and I am happy I did. The BEST customer service ever. I have been using for 3 months now have been extremely happy with the services. Matt is very nice and extremely fast to respond making it easy to schedule or change dates when i have to travel and take charlie to the doggie hotel. Carl is fantastic at his job. He truly and genuinely cares. In fact, the landscaper accidentally let charlie out and by the time he told me, charlie was no where to be found. I was panicking and didn't know what to do or even where to start looking. Next thing I know, I see Carl driving up with Charlie in the front seat having a good old time as if nothing ever happened. I cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for the work they do. I am a disabled 22yr old and hate when I cannot keep up with things. I foster dogs and getting them their exercise is the most I can do, I just cannot manage the poop! Especially with a Pittie and 3 Great Danes. I had someone cleaning and they moved away... I was dumb (oops) and waited 2 months to get a new service... In that time, I did not just have poop but also a yard full of stuffing from a destroyed massive stuffed bear! It was a disaster area! I have been using Poopy Do for quite a sometime now and really like the service. They do a great job and my family and dogs love them for that. In fact and just the other day, one my kids accidentally disconnected the hose to the water feeder and as i rushed off to work i forgot to hook it back up. Needless to say when i got back home that evening, the poopy do guy had already hooked it back up for me which to me really says a lot about them as this was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I recently hurt my wrist and my 14 1/2 year old cockapoo had knee surgery. Caring for my Gracie is taking most of my time. I was overwhelmed with the yard needing a one-time cleanup. They were able to schedule service quickly, and yesterday the Dog Waste Professional cleaned up my yard completely. Just had our first service with Poopy Doo and very impressed!! I'm about to be a new mom and as my baby belly gets bigger my ability to spend time picking up poop gets smaller. I'd rather be spending the small amount of time I do have playing with my dogs and planning a nursery. I sent in a message to Poopy Doo on their website on Sunday and by Tuesday they were out doing the first pickup. Poopy Do is an amazing service for those of us that don't want to bother with the hassle of cleaning up after our dog(s). I kept my daughter's little Morkie for 3 1/2 months while they were remodeling their new home, and when it came time for him to go home, I called Poopy Do and Carl came out and did such an amazing job of cleaning up my yard that you cannot even tell there was ever a dog here. With a very important holiday party coming up, my patio needed to be deodorized right away. Working full time and having kids made it hard enough to keep up with my dogs but then we were moving and it had to all get cleaned up to leave our rental in good standing. Absolutely blown away by the service that I received from this company today!! I was speechless when I came home to find that the person who serviced my patio also took the couple bags of trash I had left behind this morning racing out the door just as a courtesy. I can't even begin to say how thankful I am for Carl and his sevices!! I am a mom of 4 kids 2 of which have 4 legs and I work nights. My husband and I took our 2 girls on vacation for two weeks and left my 2 dogs at the house with a house/dog sitter. With the hot weather before we left and being gone the back yard was a mess! Just signed up over a week ago, and after having not attended to the yard in a while - Poopy Doo came and made quick and thorough work of our yard! And now with weekly service we have a clean and fresh yard always! I had always been skeptical about getting a service vs doing it myself but other priorities always got in the way.
