Nolan is professional, prompt and gives a crap about picking up crap. He doesn't charge you a lot (I know this because I accidentally requested quotes from multiple services when reaching back out to him and he's cheaper than everyone else) but does a fantastic job. My former roommate still uses Nolan to this day, I have decided to use him again since I have moved back into a house with two dogs now and realized that CrapNappers and the service they provide is really super easy, plus given the time it saves me on my weekends which I value, it pays for itself. If you are even remotely considering hiring a removal service to pick up after your dogs call Nolan and CrapNappers, he's going to treat your yard and your dogs like they're his own.

I have now sent no less than 5 emails asking for follow-up and the service to be cancelled. The emails have been sent to multiple franchise branches and the main office based on the emails on the website, with no response. Additionally, there is no way to cancel the service in the online portal, which is unusual given "click-to-cancel" legislation currently under review. I now have to figure out how to get the recurring service cancelled without being billed. I would strongly warn any potential customer that this company....Poop 911....should not be signed up for as recurring service without engaging directly with a human first. ** Update Apr 30, 2026 - Was finally able to get a hold of someone and had the service cancelled. The recommendation if engaging with this service is to utilize telephone numbers versus email to get a response.

I have used them for the last year for pet waste removal after a horrible experience with a rival "claim to be" pooper scooper. I can't remember who that was because they never showed up or gave excuses. Matt's comes to our home weekly to take care of what I, frankly, don't have time to do. Time is money and when I drop coin I expect full-service. Matt and their crew are timely and do a thorough job to clean up the backyard. They are competitively priced, too, and based on the frequency and number of dogs. Not to mention their response time is always spot-on. Kyle from Poo Happens is really great. She owns the company and is a veteran. She goes way out of her way to do an amazing job each week. Not only does she scoop the poop, she brings a really long hose to get across the backyard to wash it off when she is done. I highly recommend Kyle and Poo Happens.
