I have never purchased a hot tub before and had no idea how the process worked. Cameron came out to the house to advise me on the whole process, where the best spot for the hot tub to go, how the electrical works, and DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL ME. It's really important to me that I gave Cameron my budget and lifestyle and he helped me select exactly the hot tub I needed and didn't try to get me to buy one outside my budget. He also stayed in contact with me through the whole process, was my direct point of contact from beginning to end, and I had a perfectly working hot tub installed in less than 2 weeks! I was given full instructions on how to take care of my hot tub in an easy and clear way. My spa has been a lifesaver, and Cameron/Southwest couldn't have been any more helpful in the whole process. I feel like a hot tub expert now. I'm a customer for life!

Although we only spoke through email it was pleasant. The delivery team was AMAZING! They were respectful of our property and moved items carefully in order to deliver the spa where we wanted it. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. We've never owned a spa before and they took the time to walk me through the chemicals, the routine, the dos and don'ts and made sure all my questions were answered. Owners never called, despite multiple requests, finally went to another company and within days they had it fixed. Costing me $1389 which should have been covered by SW Spas and Pool. My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. Anyway, found someone local who is half the costs for the same service.

Apparently they did not update the tech because he showed up on time a few hours later. When I explained to him that I had to cancel and why he said he would still come in back to take a look at make and model etc- no extra charge! When he came back on Monday (same guy) I felt he was very honest and upfront about what needed to be done and whether I should do refurbished equipment or new (they offer this!).
