Anything that was wrong with the pool they would always blame us as if we were the ones cleaning and make us feel we were poor pool owners but they will fix with additional cost. As well knowledge of the app was very disappointing. I absolutely would not recommend and would say you're better off doing it yourself then deal with this headache. Update- Im no longer customer and 100% dealt with Johan. One of the worst experience ever dealing with him. I even followed up with the pool equipment company and everything Johan told me was pretty much wrong. He never takes responsibility and I find his knowledge of pools extremely poor to be in this business.

First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped

We worked out all the details and his crew was even able to get it entirely done while I was gone for a week (handy since that meant my pooch was gone to boarding). Resulting patio is outstanding... smooth, but with a patterned surface that grips the feet even when wet, looks amazing and will be a great addition to my home's value if I ever sell in the future. Clint was easy to work with, handling emails, texts and calls in a great, timely manner.
