That might have been the end of the review but they have proven to be an outstanding provider. Eric (one of the proprietors), is very responsive and overall, just a great guy. Recently, I noticed a small leak in our Rollo injector that was squirting onto the grass. The leak was pure chorine and there was a significant dead patch of grass. I sent Eric a text (I believe it was on a weekend) to which he immediately responded, he came out the very next day which was also on the weekend. He found the leak and sent one of his guys out to fix it. Now that would be amazing in and of itself but there's more. He sent a man out from a landscape company to dig out the contaminated soil and re-sod the area where the dead grass was. This level of customer service blows me away. Blue Cube is the real deal, there was no begging and cajoling to do the right thing. They just did it and it was their idea. As for the price, I am amazed they can be so competitive. They are careful about what they take on because they want to be able to provide the best customer service so they have chosen grow their their business responsibly, while some pool services just take on as many pools as they get calls for, Blue Cube limits the clientele to a number that they can manage. I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure they were the real deal. We are coming up on one year and I am very pleased. If you need pool service, get your name on their waiting list and say your prayers. If you are lucky, you will be pleasantly surprised.

CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

They replaced both pumps effortlessly and affordably. The pool heater problem turned out to be not the heater, but my gas line which was quickly identified as the culprit. The line was full of water. They blew out the line and hooked it back up and it now runs like a charm. Both Daniel and Brian remained courteous and extremely knowledgeable at all facets of my entire system. I can quite easily without hesitation recommend them for the maintenance on any part of a pool system. First, they took the lights out of my pool and hot tub and plastered over the openings. I had to call him and he sent somebody out to fix the problem and reinstall the lights. A month later the light was floating in my pool. It took 2 months to get that fixed. It turns out my waterfall wouldn't work because of how they fixed the leak in my pool. For months Morris said he would fix it and I finally had heard enough and I hired another company to fix it. They had installed the waterfall in the first place. This started in April and its now the end of September. That's how long I waited and the cost of the repair $4,800 and when the pool was drained this time I was shown "turtle shells" where a crappy plaster job was done. I now have to take Morris to court because he won't pay for his screw ups. Less time on TikTok and more time supervising his not trustworthy employees might have helped
