Broke into my shed, didn't wait to have me open it with a key, and left his so called laborers on my property, which most of the time were on their phones ... never communicated with me ... I went outside numerous times during the couple of hours they were there, and Jon never returned or touched base with me before taking all of the materials that were mine and paid for and became quite verbal and unprofessional through texts messages, instead of being a true businessman by responding by phone not texts. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and the AG s office for fraud and theft of deception which is a criminal offense. Don't be taken advantage of, Jon stole a lot of my retirement money and life insurance money I received due to the unexpected death of my husband ... disgraceful.... hopefully Karma bites you in the ass pal.

He nor New England Spas could / would me the price nor when they would be available. This Wednesday, the tech showed up with the parts. He replace the controller and the 2 Moto Message jets. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon. They are happy to sell you a new spa, but be very careful, they have the worst service I have ever seen.

I've actually waited some time to write this, I am so angry and disgusted. One star is too nice for…read morethis place. My elderly parents have, unfortunately, been 30 year customers for care of their in ground pool. Over the years it has become harder for them to do the physical openings and closings, so in addition to maintenance, they added opening and closing to the services from Aqua Jet. This proved to be a huge mistake. Our family spent significant money on the pool in the last two years, including a new pump and a heater. I hired a close friend general contractor to advise us and do the install, no problem, except of course for Steve who, when he discovered this seemed more focused on who did the job and why we didn't use him as a vendor. Boy am i glad we dodged that bullet. Last fall Aqua Jet came to close the pool and took apart the filter as usual. At the time we mentioned removing the diving board and were told this would be no problem, and it was agreed verbally that it would be done at the spring opening. Well, spring rolled around and Aqua Jet showed up to open the pool, but the workers said they knew nothing about the removal of the diving board. My father ended up contacting and subsequently arguing with Steve, who had "no recollection" of any such conversation. Finally they did it, it took all of 10 minutes. Then things got worse. There was a problem with the filter, and the pool was continuously getting a fine black grit in it. We had water tested, the pumps recalibrated, nothing fixed it. Finally it was determined that during the fall filter disassemble a piece had been damaged. My father brought it over to speak to Steve about how to move forward. Instead of being willing to work with a customer of 30 YEARS, Steve told my 84 yr old father it was his fault, that he (my father) had broken it somehow, that it was an electrical problem (not true) and that we were too much trouble as customers and he didn't want our business. He even went so far as to yell and CURSE at my elderly father in his store! Steve you should be ashamed of yourself treating ANYONE this way, let alone a long time customer and senior citizen. My parents contacted Shore Pools & Services Inc and they were as pleasant as could be, responsive and helpful, COURTEOUS!!! Just check out all their 5 star reviews compared to Aqua jet's numerous 1 star reviews. Unless you like being a 30 yr customer and being abused and denigrated, take your business elsewhere.

But 8 years after i have a low flow error and cannot figure it out. I called 3 local pool stores and no one was even willing to help. So i said to myself let me call ambassador and see what they say. Talk to the owner he transferred over to gregg which i have dealt with in the past. 4 hours later after work gregg is at my house and fixed my problem at no cost. No cost that just doesnt happen anymore but with this family owned company it still does. 5 star in my opinion is not high enough. So here ill give them 6 stars. Last year we noticed the coping and tiles were falling off. We couldn't find anyone. This summer…read moreafter opening the pool, we called USA pool and they responded right away. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.
