In 2023, I started having problems with the equipment. salt generator was connected wrong last year And burned down, the pool was no close properly on winter 2024 and when heater was turned this year water started to coming out from the inside and all pipes were cracked and leaking. I called the guaranty company last year. I was told the company was using unsafe amounts of chemicals, and they were distroying my pool system. To change them. I was busy I to change them. I called them last year to question them about the closing of the pool, equipment left on the floor, and the patio. We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true. About two hours later, Manny--the owner with over 16 years of experience--reached out to schedule a call for the next day. He was punctual, professional, and extremely polite. That same evening, he came by to assess the damage and followed up the next day with a very reasonable quote. We ordered the liner, skimmer, and padding, and once everything arrived, Manny and his crew showed up 3 days later on Memorial Day, working through on-and-off rain from 2 PM until 7:30 PM. Six hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their work. Unfortunately, the liner was defective (not their fault), and when the replacement arrived the following Friday, they came back on a Sunday to replace it without hesitation.
