The hole after being patched still leaked and part of the patch has already crumble off. The waterline tiles, grout, and mortar used was not rated for pools. It was stated on the product that it was "for "interior use only" ((Omnigrip Tile Adhesive, Simplest Thinset Mortar (unsure the grout used)). Immediately we had issues with tiles falling off and gray staining in the pool from the mortar deterioration once the pool was filled. When we requested that these issues be addressed: CPCS/Erlon said they would come backing and fix when the answer was unacceptable and they know they had not done a professional job they returned our deposit. Leaving us to scramble in late June to try to salvage any use of our pool for the summer season.

About two hours later, Manny--the owner with over 16 years of experience--reached out to schedule a call for the next day. He was punctual, professional, and extremely polite. That same evening, he came by to assess the damage and followed up the next day with a very reasonable quote. We ordered the liner, skimmer, and padding, and once everything arrived, Manny and his crew showed up 3 days later on Memorial Day, working through on-and-off rain from 2 PM until 7:30 PM. Six hardworking professionals who clearly take pride in their work. Unfortunately, the liner was defective (not their fault), and when the replacement arrived the following Friday, they came back on a Sunday to replace it without hesitation. The team was clean, respectful, responsive, fair-priced, and most importantly--trustworthy. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat. The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.
