He nor New England Spas could / would me the price nor when they would be available. This Wednesday, the tech showed up with the parts. He replace the controller and the 2 Moto Message jets. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon.
