His new show room has lots of hot tubs on display and all the chemicals and goodies you would need for maintenance. Delivery of the hot tub went very smooth, they installed the lifter bar and and top and we just had to wait for the electrician the next day to start enjoying our new hot tub. I loved how easy the process was, no "used car salesman" techniques. Very forthright, good prices. We are now loving our new hot tub, thanks!

After being blown off all day long starting at 7: 43 in the morning to 6:35 when I was told for the…read morelast time he was 20 minutes out he quoted me a price over the phone sight unseen and I said to him as he knew it was an emergency situation I really didn't have a choice it was fine if you could please just get here I was told "If you don't like it it's fine I can just go home" I then replied"nope it's fine I don't have a choice at this point please just come" I asked him again how long till he got here you said according to his GPS it would be 45 minutes. I got off the phone thought about it and decided to send him a detailed text message telling him I would not be using his service and why what's my main reason being how rude he was and his unprofessionalism, stated "you can just go home" and wishing him luck on All future endeavors. Thinking that was the end of it it wasn't until over an hour later when I picked up my phone and had received multiple text messages stating how "it was a great price" "I should be thankful" he's got trucks breaking down constantly"" there's a lot of snow" "long day and too much work""we have work for like 5 months crazy" "I'm very professional" The only thing I can say good that came out of this whole situation was the company I ended up working with after not only were they two of the nicest guys I've ever have the pleasure of working with. Charged me less than half the price quoted by s&g they text me informing updates as to their progress with getting to me and did an amazing job. A shining example true professionalism.

I hired this company to build my inground pool and pave my backyard, and it turned out to be my…read moreworst experience with any contractor ever. They began my project in May of this year and promised to complete the work by June 20th. However, they didn't finish the pool until the end of August. I also paid for a customized cover for the pool, but the owner kept giving me different excuses and repeatedly told me, "next week," just like he did about the pool. I also paid for in-ground outlets, which he insisted would be done at the end of the job, but he later claimed that the electrician couldn't do it because the inspection had already been completed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner will say one thing today and deny it later. Please be cautious if you consider hiring them.
