Delivery of the hot tub went very smooth, they installed the lifter bar and and top and we just had to wait for the electrician the next day to start enjoying our new hot tub. They tried to sell me a hose end "mineral filter" to remove dissolved copper from my well water. The filter, retailing north of $50 was nothing but a string filter designed to trap sand. Both the employee and his boss on the phone insisted on its efficacy. Arguing, the representative took an attitude with me. Both were uninformed or deliberately lying. Don't touch this one with a stick. Run, don't walk for the exit. Service, zero. Quality, zero. Value, less than zero. Zero stars.
