I have been trying to work with Cut Price (and Sun and Fun) since March to get my pool fixed. I have a log of phone calls that have gone unanswered, unreturned, Sun and Fun sending me to Cut Price, Cut Price sending me to Sun and Fun (they are both owned by the same people!). This has been going in until today, after the pool is supposed repaired, two truckloads of water has drained out of it in 24 hours. Kim's response yesterday (Sunday, July 11, 2021) was "I don't even want to get involved. We do sales and parts, Sun and Fun does installations and repairs". When I responded "You own both businesses!" she repeated that "they don't do repairs". Dan's response today to the guy who came to locate the leak? Give him the number of some guy who specializes in leaks so *I* can call? They need to take ownership and get this fixed! I'm am $1,400+ into this "cheap repair" that was supposed to cost "hundreds" versus "thousands" for a new pool. But all they do is pass the buck and dodge responsibility. It's mid July, half the summer gone, 2 truck loads of water saturating my yard (about 14,000 gallons or so), and whatever water is left in the pool is full of tadpoles. I can't even get into all of the details, but they had me uncover the pool in December. They drained it on June 2nd and it sat empty for 6 weeks. And they still won't take the steps to make it right! I advise you avoid them for any kind of real issue with your pool!! Update 7/13/2021 The guy never came back yesterday like he said he would, the owner never called me back yesterday like they said he would, and my pool is down to inches of water left. I called Channel 10 Consumer Advocate and hopefully they can help get this resolved.

He nor New England Spas could / would me the price nor when they would be available. This Wednesday, the tech showed up with the parts. He replace the controller and the 2 Moto Message jets. He did not test either one and left. I received an invoice for over $1400 and the 2 Moto Message jests do not work!!!!! It's impossible to talk to a real person. They do not provide and estimate on the cost or time during the day. Not even morning or afternoon. They are happy to sell you a new spa, but be very careful, they have the worst service I have ever seen.

New England Spas and Hot Tubs…read more NE Spas had an incredibly knowledgeable service department that went over and above to support a buyer who didn't acquire the highest end tub AND lives on a island! This issue arose because I chose to plug in my tub (how hard could it be) because hiring an electrician to come to an island by boat is difficult. Turns out, an electrician would have known to clamp the main power cord. Pulling on it over time ended up shorting out the circuit board. That's when the fun began. NESpas made sure to order the right replacement board, put me on a group chat and walked me through the installation. I clamped the power cord and it's operated flawlessly ever since. Don't go anywhere else!
