Sloppy job opening my pool. The water is still green after two weeks and they could care less. Their instructions for clearing it have not worked either. What's the point of having them open the pool if I still can't swim in it? read more

For several Months last year, we were starting our process of doing several major renovations to our home for 2022 and found 3 highly rated contractors. We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true. Westin who is Jays #1 guy is fantastic and we were so pleased to have had him on our major project, Jay was easy to talk to and any issues that may arise was always address and taken care of w/ no problems. very professional and we would highly recommend Jay Jay's Pool Service to anyone who is looking for a professional highly knowledgeable to take care of your needs, you will not regret it. and what may have seemed expensive in the end was really very reasonable when you actually see what's involved as far as labor and materials. in the end could not have asked for a better pool service, Thanks to Nick Washburn for connecting us to Jay we don't know what we would have done. there are so many distrustful services out there but was a relief to know there was at least one that was trustworthy, We cannot thank Jay enough Thank you Joe/ Fred read more

Thank you so much Jay, you're awesome you did a great job! The technicians were also so professional, than you again.

We had poor communication, no heads up of arrival one day- then left once again, with an incomplete job. Was told they would at least come back the next day, now nothing until next week. Very rude to my wife and think fixing covid with their pool entitlement. Just wanted a service completed and even offered to pay a premium. read more

Would love to say how this company was for their actual craft of pool service but I couldn't even get passed that "wonderful" lady who answered. How can you even attempt to make an appt when the staff that answers your phone is rude and unhelpful. Maybe you should try hiring staff that helps you grow or at least maintain your current clientele. read more

I used Jay Jay's to have my inground pool installed just over a year ago. He was the only guy I met with that did his own work and actually got his hands dirty. All of the other places I met with seemd to be fronted with "general contractors" who outsourced the work to someone else....probably the lowest bidder at any given time. With jay, he dug the hole! Can't get much more involved that that! The building process is quite unnerving at times due to the yard destruction but Jay and his guys did a great job keeping me in the loop of everything that would happen and made some great suggestions on what I should be doing rather than what I think I wanted. this included location of the pool (which thankfully I listened to him!!) and going with a unique shape and liner color. Jay is also very responsive on any questions or concerns I had. I also hired him to do my saftey cover install this year and they did a great job. I will continue using him for my openings and closings and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to install an inground pool. He is a no B.S. kind of guy and will tell you everything whether you want to hear it or not. read more

Our family couldn't be more pleased with Jay Jay's pool service! We called 2 weeks ago in need of a new liner. Jay came out the next day and gave us a fair price and recommended we add stairs for our elderly Mom, but no pressure. What a great suggestion! He came a week later and finished the job in a day. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up like they were never there! Thank you, it's nice to know there are still honest, fair pro's out there. I would give 10 stars if I could! happy customer, braintree read more

Jay Jay's installed our in ground pool 3 years ago and from the first phone call I made to the opening and closings for every season since - I continue to be extremely happy with their service. Jay is always available for questions that arise or to help me over the phone when I think something is broken (even if it was me who forgot to turn the timer on!) I highly recommend Jay Jay's pool service to anyone considering the installation of a new pool or to service an existing one. read more

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This guy is a complete crook. He installed our in-ground pool five years ago and in the first three years we had to have the liner patched five times. Beneath the liner is sand and rocks which keep popping through. He is costing us 10 grand to buy a new liner in a pool that has seen less than five seasons. I called him repeatedly and he said he would come out and then dodged my calls. He is an awful person. Don't do it. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never had someone be so rude to me when I was trying to pay them for a service. We called for two weeks and when someone finally picked up the phone, he was incredibly rude. AND he was the owner. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME read more

Have been a customer for 4 years - extremely happy with their responsiveness and work quality. Had a pool liner installed by another company (before learning about Jay Jay's) that has been problematic since day one. Jay Jay's has even helped with this - recommend them 100% read more

Owner jay is incredibly rude. We had a service call set up and I was told I would be called that morning to get an approximate time of arrival. Nobody called so I called them and I was clearly an inconvenience. Girl huffed and said she would have to make some calls to find out. I was told someone would call back. Nobody called or showed up. I called to find out why and was told the office manager, his wife thought I was rude so he never planned to come anyway. Don't waste your time. read more

I cannot say enough about Jay Jay's pool Service. We bought a home and it had an ingrained pool that needed a new liner. We were told by another pool company that built pools that we need a whole new Pool. Thank god we took the advice from Jay's pool service. Just a brand new liner and added some stairs and my pool is beautiful! Another shout out I called the day before the 4th of July to have someone come out and check on the liner before we had our first huge summer blast and sure enough Jay said no problem a little busy but someone will be right there and they were! Also the installation of the pool liner was unremarkable from removing and placement and all in one day before my husband got home! There was no evidence of debris, dirt, mess anywhere to be seen! The water was delivered by two trucks that came right after one another it was so impressive to watch. I will ONLY use Jay Jay's pool service. He doesn't try to sell you on anything if you want it he says get it and if you don't want it don't get it. Love this service! read more
