I called him back, he came right back over, replaced a hose, replaced the electrical wire from pump to outlet. Worked perfectly. The next morning i turned the pump on and an old hose burst, i went into panic mode called Mark , he came right over. He replaced all the hoses, rechecked the electrical and did not charge me. They take your credit card information online in case they decide to show up but don't give the curtesy of a response or timeline for service. The summer has passed by without any updates.
