I said I don't need a liner I need a cover. I gave them measurements twice and they asked for them again saying they can't quote me without measurements. Another four days go by and still no quite so I message them again and got the rudest answer telling me if I don't like their prices to go somewhere else. Mind you I have yet to receive a real price, they gave me some absurd guess "without measurements" (which I gave them) I felt they were inflating their guesstimate to blow me off... soooo what the actual F? These people are unprofessional. It's a shame. I used them 3 years ago and thought I'd give them repeat business but obviously they're too busy to help. I tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be brushed off. They're really busy apparently and don't need more business so don't give them any.

Even though he's in Fall River, he still said he services pools in Easton as well as in Rehoboth, where I am moving from, but still need pool service until I sell the house I called 2 local Easton pool services and Steve was the only one who immediately returned my call. Not only that, but he came out the next day, first thing in the morning. He not only resolved every issue I had with this new pool, whose system was completely different from what I was used to in Rehoboth, but he explained everything, suggested ways to make things easier for me, and most of all made me feel so comfortable and less anxious about the process of using a DE filter. Not only that, but his price was reasonable and competitive (even better) that other quotes I'd gotten. I read the one review prior to calling him. I have no reason to post a 5 star positive review for him, as I don't know him, he's not a friend. I am simply giving a review based on my experience of using him for 1 hr. Not only am I going to use him in the future to open and close my pool in Easton, as well as to change over to a salt system, but I will use him to take care of my pool in Rehoboth as well. He explains all the features and issues with pool maintenance and helps us learn our pool to make use it is running well. When our pump was found to have a major defect, the company was able to replace the pump quickly so we didn't lose our season. We have been enjoying the pool ever since!
