We were also deciding between a 16-foot and 18-foot round pool, and Rick recommended the 16-foot option so we would have more room around the pool for walking and pool furniture. It ended up being the perfect choice. We started the project in September 2025. We knew we wouldn't be swimming that season, but Rick mentioned it was worth waiting to allow the ground around the pool to settle before completing the surrounding work. Fast forward to May 2026, we began preparing for the pavers around the pool. Once the pavers were installed and completed, Rick and his team were at our house the very next day, and the preparation, liner installation, and filling of the pool were completed in just two days! Their communication and professionalism throughout the entire process were outstanding. We did our homework and shopped around with several other pool companies, but we felt the most comfortable with Rick from the beginning. He was upfront, honest, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to explain our options and helped us find different ways to make our vision a reality. Fast-forward to this past June. A very brief tornado went through our neighborhood, but it was strong enough to destroy our pool. They were absolutely wonderful helping us through the process of getting a quote for the insurance company and lining up people to get the replacement pool put up quickly so that we could have a pool for the rest of the summer. I can't say enough about the people here. They are truly wonderful. I only wish they were closer. As a typical Rhode Islander, Coventry is a hike, so we try to only go up once or twice a year... I said I don't need a liner I need a cover. I gave them measurements twice and they asked for them again saying they can't quote me without measurements. Another four days go by and still no quite so I message them again and got the rudest answer telling me if I don't like their prices to go somewhere else. Mind you I have yet to receive a real price, they gave me some absurd guess "without measurements" (which I gave them) I felt they were inflating their guesstimate to blow me off... soooo what the actual F? These people are unprofessional. It's a shame. I used them 3 years ago and thought I'd give them repeat business but obviously they're too busy to help. I tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be brushed off. They're really busy apparently and don't need more business so don't give them any.

They also sell and install pools and repair. I'll say their value is pretty good, but their prices have gone up somewhat, which is something that's pretty common anyway. I personally don't think that they should charge extra for using the credit card because most people use credit cards or debit cards these days. This is virtually a cashless society that we live in now and I rarely carry cash. Also I noticed that they made a reduction in the available hours that they are open. This makes it a little bit more difficult to do business with them.
