They walked me through getting my plot plan updated for the permit and worked directly with my contractor so the pool tied into our new deck seamlessly. The result is beautiful. I have used them for service and supplies ever since. Their service techs are knowledgeable, genuinely willing to help, and they look for small signs of trouble and fix them before they turn into real problems. Our pool has been in top shape from opening to closing every year. This season we hit a significant issue. Gibraltar was right there to get it resolved, and they went well beyond what they were obligated to do. That is rare, and it says everything about how they treat their customers.
