I had someone come in before Millennium and this a#% didn't know what he was doing. Talked a good talk , had nice fake pictures and gave me a reference phone number as I requested. Number didn't allow me to see anything. The pictures of the floors he claimed to do ... was not his work. I won't mention his name. Though if a pegleg handyman comes knocking. Tell him to keep on walking. Millennium flooring did a great job taking care of my floors and correcting the pegleg liars damages. At least the flooring damage. Pegleg damaged my steps by spilling Polyurathane on my concrete steps. Messed up my solid wood front door, my fireplace bricks. Millennium Flooring did great work. Clean work. Quick work. A year later and I'm still raving about this company and it's owner also.

We initially hired Ed to renovate a guest bath and a primary bath in a seasonal home on the cape…read more Hired in October of 2024 with an agreed start date of Jan 2nd with negotiated completion date of May 1st, It is now mid Sept 2025, the job still isn't completed. Ed seems like is a nice person, he is pleasant but he appears to be extremely disorganized. He over promises and under delivers and he is a poor communicator. He is a skilled tile person but has difficulty with detail work and has trouble delivering the final product as promised. Read on if you want the details. The job started out great, Ed did a good job coordinating with the plumber/electrician and had good suggestions during tile install and did a good job with basic tile installation. There were multiple delays throughout the project, Ed disappeared for several weeks more than once without explanation and no communicated plan to return. Required many texts/calls to get Ed back on the job. Had a personal issue at one point which caused a month delay, the issue was understandable but he never communicated plan to return, he just disappeared. required multiple texts/calls over several weeks to reengage. The job was finally nearly complete (August 2025), the primary bath mosaic tile needed final grouting/sealing, we paid Ed the final payment (big mistake!!). Ed disappeared again for several weeks and required multiple calls/texts before he returned. Ed had access to the home, he returned when weren't at home and texted to say job was complete. Sadly, we found the final grout job subpar as you can see from the photos. The grout is uneven, there are chunks of missing grout and multiple areas of grout on top of tile, the door threshold was installed incorrectly and tile was not sealed - extremely sloppy finish work. We have placed multiple texts/calls to Ed with photos requesting he correct the issues, no response. Very frustrating! Unfortunately, I will be hiring someone else to clean up Ed's sloppy work. Very unprofessional, I'm very disappointed. Obviously, we would not hire Ed again. Interestingly, our primary bathroom is featured on Ed's Facebook page, it looks great when the photo flashes on screen for 2 seconds and you're are unable to see the detail of the sloppy finish work.

Ideal Floor and Design installed a bathroom floor and a front door foyer floor for us in September…read moreof 2023. Both floors are large format 1' x 2' tiles. The installation crew did a great job. The seams are very small and the leveling system they used resulted in absolute level floors with no raised lips between tiles. We are very happy with the new floors. This is our second great experience with Ideal. We had hardwood floors installed on our whole first floor by them in 2017 that still look like new.

When they left the kitchen was cleaned up, construction debris were removed, and the tiles were perfectly in place. It was a big job (two backsplash areas and a wall large wall--150 sq feet of tile) with a lot of complicated woodwork to cut out around in our Italianette house built in 1853. The job was done flawlessly. I'd hire JML flooring again without any hesitation.

He was grr-eat; professional (yet no dust on his heels), informative, and patient with my inexperience dealing w/oriental rugs. The material/rug came out beautifully; however, it was Milan that will bring me back to Paramount Rug, in Hyannis, for our kitchen/hall floor replacement needs (after the cabinets are installed). The location is not ideal, but once you're inside it's not even a thought. Looking forward to revisiting in the spring.
