Last summer, we arranged to have them come out... granted it was peak of the season for them, they came and repaired a collapsed pool cover... while another company had told us to replace the cover entirely. In threat of pouring rain and the cover collapsing (our pool has extremely low water levels-- an unrelated pool issue) the cover would not open, they sent out two professional young men to open the cover manually. I had my pool fully renovated in 2021. for shore pools started servicing it after. I have no work with any other company since i open my pool. In 2023, I started having problems with the equipment. salt generator was connected wrong last year And burned down, the pool was no close properly on winter 2024 and when heater was turned this year water started to coming out from the inside and all pipes were cracked and leaking. I called the guaranty company last year. I was told the company was using unsafe amounts of chemicals, and they were distroying my pool system. To change them. I was busy I to change them. I didn't change them, and now i regret it. Today, I face over $10k in broken equipment . I called them last year to question them about the closing of the pool, equipment left on the floor, and the patio. When i called them Lady was rud and advised not to blamed them for something they didn't do. I pointed out to her that The shore pool has served my poolmsince i open. 7/2021. Guaranty company emailed me with my claim findings and declined to cover my pool. Because signs of long time leakage , and corrections couse by high PH and chemicals. They were a my house less than an hour and charged almost $500.00 and did not find the leak. They said there were few hair line cracks in the spill over spa, which did not lose any water during the winter when it was closed. However, the pool was down approximately 6 feet of water, when we took the cover off the pool this spring.The shallow end was completely dry. When I called them a few days ago, I was told I should call the people who closed the pool, The woman who answered the phone said if they came out again it would be minimum of $250. We first hired Nick Washburn Lanscaping design and signed contract and during Nicks evaluation of our desperate mess of the pool pavers, pool liner Nick highly recommended Jay, owner of Jay Jay's Pool Service to come out and give us a perspective of what was going to be involved with getting our pool back to what it once was, knowing it was going to be a major project we felt after Metting w/ Jay and Jay explaining all that was going to be involved we knew it was going to be expensive, but also knew we had the best in the pool Business and knew we were not going to be screwed. The entire inground pool had to be complete excavated and all new lines put in new set of steel stairs the highest quality pool liner and a loop lock cover which we decided to upgrade for the extra cost that was involved but was well worth the peace of mind. What one needs to know is when the process begins it looks like a war zone, and what's that saying, it gets worse before it gets better that's true.
