The truth is the pool was already open, the previous owners had done it. These guys noticed when they arrived and didn't say a thing, nothing. I don't appreciate the dishonesty, but fair enough, it was my mistake. They also took some samples of the water to run some tests and told me to wait for a call the next day. Nobody ever called (shocking, right?). When I called them to ask for the test results, they told me no tests were performed, so it turns out I paid $300+ for essentially nothing. I tried to speak to a manager over the phone and surprisingly, they just hung up on me and stopped answering the phone. I'm afraid I have nothing good to say. This is just a poorly run and managed business. Some people seem to have had good experiences with them, but I can't say the same. Would absolutely not recommend.

I also asked about fixing a tripping spot at between the top step and the first landing. After discussing the project, we decided to redo the entire first landing. The representative from StoneCraft issued me a quote that did not include the post installation. When I questioned him about this, he assured me that he had just forgotten to put that in, and they would certainly do that, and would not charge for that. They did the new landing on July 5, 2020, and said that they had to wait for the cement to set for 5-7 days before they could drill for the posts. It has been over 9 months and dozens of phone calls, and texts with promises of coming "next week" to finish the posts. Now I don't even get an answer to texts or voicemails!! I would STAY AWAY from this company!!!!

Even though he's in Fall River, he still said he services pools in Easton as well as in Rehoboth, where I am moving from, but still need pool service until I sell the house I called 2 local Easton pool services and Steve was the only one who immediately returned my call. Not only that, but he came out the next day, first thing in the morning. He not only resolved every issue I had with this new pool, whose system was completely different from what I was used to in Rehoboth, but he explained everything, suggested ways to make things easier for me, and most of all made me feel so comfortable and less anxious about the process of using a DE filter. Not only that, but his price was reasonable and competitive (even better) that other quotes I'd gotten. I read the one review prior to calling him. I have no reason to post a 5 star positive review for him, as I don't know him, he's not a friend. I am simply giving a review based on my experience of using him for 1 hr. Not only am I going to use him in the future to open and close my pool in Easton, as well as to change over to a salt system, but I will use him to take care of my pool in Rehoboth as well. He installed a filter which I purchased from him which leaks, returned to "fix it" and it still leaks. The gauge on the filter was also leaking so he "replaced it with a new gauge" which still leaks.
