They carefully explained what chemicals we needed, why we needed them, and gave us clear, step-by-step directions on how to use them. They even walked us through what to look out for in case any issues came up before our instructional visit. A few days later, Daniel came out for our in-home instructional visit, and he was outstanding -- patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through every aspect of pool care and maintenance in a way that made sense to us as complete beginners. It's clear why he's considered one of the best! A special shout-out to Wendy, Manager of Customer Relations/Maintenance, who's been so kind and helpful, guiding us along the entire process. We hired All Season Landscape Services, Inc. (11535 W. 183rd Place Orland Park, IL) based on a…read morereferral from Caribbean Pools, but our experience with them has been nothing short of a disappointment. The owner, Jay El Mahassni and office rep Katie Smulevitz have shown a complete disregard for their contractual obligations and have demonstrated poor communication throughout the entire process. From the beginning, there were several issues. They significantly "miscalculated" the amount of pavers required for our project and suggested an unnecessary additional retaining wall, which we fortunately caught before it became a costly "mistake." Despite taking our final payment, they failed to complete the project as outlined in the contract. Attempts to contact Jay and Katie regarding these concerns were met with unresponsiveness. We made numerous calls and sent multiple messages, but it's clear they had no intention of addressing our issues or fulfilling their contractual obligations. Furthermore, the contract specifically stated that they would switch out the copthorne on the fireplace, but they outright refused to do so. Despite our persistent attempts to contact them regarding this matter, they continued to ignore our requests. Other aspects of the project were also left unfinished. The natural edge border around the arborvitae they planted was never created as agreed upon. The polymeric sand did not cure properly, leaving unfilled areas, and many of the edging pavers quickly became insecure. Any time it rains, polymeric sand erodes and finds its way into the pool. Additionally, the deck was not properly pitched, resulting in water pooling in multiple areas. In the worst area of pooling water, their solution was to install a drain off to the side, rather than the lowest point where water naturally settles. To make matters worse, several defective pavers were installed, which should have been covered under warranty. However, our attempts to contact Katie and Jay to resolve this issue have been futile, leaving us frustrated and without any recourse to this point. Several of the arborvitae they planted are dying and even though they are under warranty for one year, Jay El Mahassni refuses to return calls and texts. The warranty, which is clearly stated in the contract, does not appear to be something All Seasons will honor. It's clear that All Season Landscape and its owner, Jay El Mahassni, lack professionalism and operate without integrity. The consistent lack of communication further exacerbates the problems encountered throughout the project. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with All Season Landscape Services Inc., regardless of any referrals or recommendations. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable landscaping company that values their clients and stands by their commitments and warranty.

I am writing to provide an update on the progress of the pool installation at our new construction…read morehome, as well as to share some insights regarding our experience thus far. Currently, we are in the process of building the pool with Aqua Pools. I have been working closely with Tony Davis throughout this process, and I am pleased to report that his professionalism and responsiveness have been exemplary. Today, we officially placed the order for the pool, and we are optimistic about the upcoming stages of the project. This pool will be installed in a home that is new construction, and we intentionally delayed completing the sprinkler system and landscaping until after the pool was installed. Our builder Modern Family homes of Indiana has graciously agreed to hold off on landscaping until the pool installation is complete. However, the village has established a specific timeline for when the landscaping must be finished, which is by the end of May 2026. We are hopeful that Aqua Pools will be able to meet this timeline, and we are crossing our fingers that everything proceeds smoothly. It is worth noting that the village is holding a substantial amount of escrow money, which will be refunded to the builder once the landscaping is completed, adding an additional layer of importance to adhering to the schedule. Throughout this journey, my communication with Tony Davis has been outstanding. He consistently responds to my inquiries, even over weekends, exemplifying a level of customer service that I greatly appreciate. I strongly believe that effective communication is key, and Tony has certainly demonstrated his commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience. Prior to selecting Aqua Pools, we explored multiple options--three different builders for the house and four different pool companies--before ultimately choosing Aqua Pools. Our decision was driven by the professionalism and reliability we observed during our research, and so far, the experience aligns with those expectations. I sincerely hope that the overall experience with the pool will be as satisfying as the home building process has been. I will continue to keep you updated on the progress of the project as it advances. So far, everything appears to be on the right track, and I remain optimistic about the final outcome.
