I wasted $155 for service call just for this guy to tell me that I have to spend another $1475 to replace one rope and two gliders. I got suspicious of the pricing and said I'll think about it.I learned by experience not to make quicks financial decisions out of fear or desperation because that's how the companies like this take advantage of your desperate situation. I called Caribbean and they showed up within 2 hours and quoted $711 for everything: 2 ropes and sliders and something else. Their service call is only $99 by the way! Carribean Pools is the best all the way! They fixed my cover that same day within 45 minutes! If this guy scams on repairs, I can imagine how much he bankrupts people on pool installations and such! Unless you are dumb and rich Avoid! Update: looks like the owner is also a liar big time. I didn't suggest any quick fixes as I have no knowledge about the pools however, I did feel like he was pressing me to pay him $1475 like there was no option left AND I did question this high price (not quick fix). I am glad I did question since that saved me money! Also he informed me that the rope was previously repaired. Carribean pools told me the rope was NEVER repaired before (another lie BY TRITON). The Carribean pools quote which was showed me before the service was done, clearly stated what I was paying for unlike this guy who owns triton pools just told me the price is $1475.

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

My husband and I got everything we needed for the liner to the stuff we needed for the pump, including sand chemicals, and we even had to cut our deck so that the top of the ledge of the pool was accessible to put in the new liner. I called Roger the day before to try and confirm our appointment for the next day and he did not answer. I called him three times! Then my husband called him one time and then I resulted to texting him three other times. Still no answer. The next day came and he was supposed to be at our house between 9and 10 o'clock. He completely ghosted us and now we have a 24 foot pool that's half in the ground at the bottom of a hill and it's supposed to rain tonight and the walls may collapse if we don't refill it with water.!!!! A mixed review. $70k in ground pool and concrete installed in Gurnee. Initial installation was…read moregreat. Pool was put in level and exactly to specifications. Concrete work looks great. Follow-up wasn't great. Pool went in at the end of fall. Workers through a tarp on a left dirt and rocks for the spring. I had to call several times for them to come open it, then they workers complained about how the pool was left. Eventually it got done but a sticky residue was left at the water line. They sent someone out to clean it but he gave up and said it would wear off. They are also some minor scratches I asked about but the office manager ignored my email. Also when using a chalk line to mark out the cover mounting holes in the concrete they used red chalk which is permanent. Blue chalk washes off. Now I have a faint red line around my pool. No one ever explained how to run or operate the system. I had to figure it out myself. Basically, good initial work but no follow-up. Once they get your money they are done.
