I should mention that every time I called he picked up and was happy to help. Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options. He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa's over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years - these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. I have spent close to 60 to 70,000 dollars with them I am in Homerglen and they wouldn't even give my family 15 minutes to look at the issue. I think A customer is entitled to at least that. Craig

I'm assuming this caused a ton strain on them and that is why they broke. They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. I called them to ask if they could do they could do anything they offered 10% off which is a joke. I called 5 other companies and got quotes 500-800. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again. Do your homework and find another company.

Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Treatment -- Corporate Management Needs to Investigate…read more I am leaving this review because of the completely unacceptable treatment I received from an employee at the Caribbean Pools location in Schererville, Indiana. I called this morning at approximately 9:47 a.m. to ask about financing for repairs and improvements to my existing pool. Before allowing me to fully explain what I needed, the employee immediately and dismissively stated, "WE DO NOT OFFER FINANCIAL SERVICES." I calmly explained that the Caribbean Pools website has a "Need Financing?" option and specifically advertises financing for "a pool or home improvement loan." She then claimed financing was only available for new pool installations. When I pointed out the wording shown on their own website, she responded rudely, "What are you trying to do?" I explained the work I needed and provided my home address, but she still refused to offer meaningful assistance, explain my options, or connect me with someone who could help. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I called back around 9:53 a.m., and she hung up on me. My later calls were not answered. I was not disrespectful or aggressive. I was a potential customer calling to ask a legitimate question about a service advertised on the company's website. Instead of being treated professionally, I was spoken to as though I was a problem and as though my business was not wanted. This experience left me feeling humiliated, judged, and deeply hurt. I honestly do not know whether something about my voice, the way I speak, or an assumption made about me caused her to decide immediately that she did not want to assist me. No customer should ever be left questioning whether they were treated differently because of who the employee assumed they were. I have screenshots of the financing information on Caribbean Pools' website and records of both calls. I am requesting that corporate management investigate this incident, identify the employee who handled the calls, review any available call recordings, and contact me directly. This was not a simple misunderstanding--it was disrespectful and unacceptable customer service.
