I should mention that every time I called he picked up and was happy to help. Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options. He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa's over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years - these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.

They opened the pool for me last month and I noticed small air bubbles coming from one of the returns, long story short I turned the pool off last night and had several gallons of water shooting up from the skimmer in the deep end and heard a hissing sound. I tried restarting the pool and it took a little more time to clear out the bubbles through the sight glass but it did. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. During the process of building the pool, I had to wait days of ,well he's on vacation, or someone called in sick and so on. This could end up costing thousands to repair. All the equipment that was setup needs 220 electrical to power it and the heater needs 3/4 gas pipe ran from the meter. Not one thing was mentioned until the new pool installed. I'm assuming this caused a ton strain on them and that is why they broke. They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. I called them to ask if they could do they could do anything they offered 10% off which is a joke. I called 5 other companies and got quotes 500-800. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again.
