I should mention that every time I called he picked up and was happy to help. Because Greg runs the business himself and delivers the spas personally you will need to coordinate with him to visit his showroom but his pricing is exception, his knowledge is second to none and the products he sells are full of value. I was new to this and he educated me quickly on the differences in quality between brands as well as options. He was able to deliver within about four or five days since he had the model I wanted in stock and at the end of delivery he went over everything I needed to know about the unit. He also referred me to an electrician who did the work seamlessly. One of the best parts, for me, to using Sparkling Spa's over a place like Costco is that I now have someone local who can service the hot tub if needed in the future. Not to mention he has been in the same location for almost ten years - these days there are too many fly by night companies out there.

Sent photos they immediately responded that it was chlorine tablet damage and installer confirmed, even though told them we do not put tablets and would not even come look at it and wouldnt respond after I asked if someone could look at it. Opened the pool this year and it is leaking around the main drain and sand has sunken in around the drain and the 2 spots. one year old and now have to spend 2,500 to replace the liner, if I could give then 0 stars I would, no interest in any customer service, once you pay they are done with you. Beware and go elsewhere, if you have an issue they have no interest in you anymore as they already took your money. Update: Rick responded and blamed the main drain leak on a cracked pipe, of course it's leaking around the outside of installation not the direction of the pipe and not from the pipe and the 2 spots have now sunken into the ground, how is that from chemicals on top as he says? Just excuses and never bothered to ask or look at the issue.

Last year they came out to fix my auto cover pulleys and sliders, they worked for 7 months. They…read morehad to come out back in November, because they were not sliding correctly and was uneven. I'm assuming this caused a ton strain on them and that is why they broke. They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. I called them to ask if they could do they could do anything they offered 10% off which is a joke. I called 5 other companies and got quotes 500-800. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again. Do your homework and find another company.

The manager Darryl never returned any of my phone calls or my emails. They did not show up for their appointment when they said they would. When I called and spoke with somebody in the office they said they can't guarantee when they will come out but I'm "on their list" and they are "slammed with customers". When they finally came out , they brought the wrong ladder, forgot the ladder pad and cut the gasket for the skimmer upon installation. After a few more days, I finally got a hold of the manager and notified him of this and he would not take any responsibility and said at least I got my liner and he hung up the phone. Was seeking pool liner and told a price. 10 days and many calls back and forth to two of their stores, talking to several salesman being told different prices and product locations, being told I would be called back, I finally got someone who seemed to know the price which was $50 more than price quoted at first. I reluctantly agreed and put it on hold to pick up the next day. We get there they couldnt find the liner at first (it was supposed to be set aside with my name on it) and then was told the price had now gone up another $80. When we told him that was not the price we were quoted yesterday he said he didn't believe it was true! I was basically called a liar! I really think they need to train their staff better or man the helm with someone who has authority to quote a price and keep a promise! I had heard bad things throughout the years about this place but had not really experienced any real problems with them. I wont do business with people who dont have integrity!
